Nice clean condo with all that we needed; Tom was great with the communication. Close to the beach and pink trolley stop. Only negative is that the early morning noise filters thru from the tour buses or trucks servicing the other hotels can be a bit much. however the earplugs supplied helped ease the noise
This building unit is on the 10th floor half block from the beach- and it has its own parking spot. Great place to walk everywhere after done exploring for the day.
Great location for access to Waikiki beach. Condo was well stocked with kitchen and bath items. Owner was very timely with communication and requirements.
Really appreciated our stay. Communication with the managers was quick and easy. The parking spot was tricky with our large rental but we knew that going into it.
Just as advertised! It was a great location, just 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach. Lots of shopping and food choices too. Highly recommend. The managers are super to talk to and respond quickly. Thank you for such a great time.
We love the location of this property. It's super convenient to walk everywhere to the main avenue on Waikiki beach. There is a designated parking spot on site for our rental car. The beds are comfortable and we have enough space for our family of 4. The only minus is the style ofthe windows which does not block much of the noise outside. I used earplugers and I was able to sleep without too much issue. Overall, very enjoyable stay!

Not a bad place to stay
Pretty easy place to get to. The information about the unit and the whole check in process is very detailed, which is good but it is also rather long and has many steps, which is a bit of a challenge. Parking is definitely tight. Getting a minivan in could be a problem. We parked a Kia Soul and it was ok for a driver to get in/out and that is that.
There is no staffed lobby for this unit, which means that coming and going requires the key fob, which is ok unless you lose it or yours gets stolen, like ours did on the beach. Luckily we recovered it.
The unit has a lot of natural light. Plenty of room. First thing to note is that there are only 2 stools to sit at the kitchen counter. There are four chairs on the balcony, which is great. To get to the balcony, the "sliding" door must be opened and you better have some good strength to operate the "sliding" door. Wear some foot wear when getting onto the balcony. I was in socks and no washing machine can get the discoloration of my socks.
The washer and drier in the unit are very convenient. Kitchen has all you may need for your stay. Closets have plenty of space and linens and bedding are clean. In the master bath, the shower leaks so put something on the floor by the wall corner. The smaller bedroom has a queen size bed which prevents the door from full opening. Proceed with caution. The main issue is the noise. Gets very loud early in the morning like 4 AM and late at night. OMG loud.
Good location easy to find! Close to the beach too! Very clean ! One suggestion would be to upgrade the windows to block out the street noise and rooster crowing at 4:30 am 😳😎
The 2 bedroom condo was exactly as described and very clean. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds and pull out couch were comfortable and the location of the condo was a quick block from the beach and close to Starbucks, ABC stores, and great restaurants. Will definitely return!
This property suited our needs well. We stayed with another couple and enjoyed having our own rooms, and each couple had their own full bathrooms. We also enjoyed being able to cook our own breakfast each morning and found we had all we needed to accomplish this. We took advantage of the use of a washer and dryer and found this to be much for valuable then we would have expected and appreciated that laundry soap and dryer sheets we available in the unit. We also appreciated that we had our own off street parking space that was included in the rental. My only complaint was the road noise and the rooster that began crowing each morning around 3:00 a.m. We did however appreciate the sound machines that were provided in each bedroom and took advantage of using these each night. It wasn't perfect but it helped. Overall, you are staying in the middle of downtown Honolulu so you should expect some outside noise.
Condo was clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed.
Enjoyed TV with all the apps. Nice beach towels and lots of chairs and other beach items on patio.
We rented this condo after staying on Kauai for 13 days. Totally different vibe on the island. Room was nice. Like everyone says the noise can be loud. But other than that it served us well. Don’t overlook the closet by the master bedroom with the extra towels. Tom was easy to get ahold of to check in. Would stay again.
My family and I usually stay at hotels when visiting Hawaii; however this time we decided to switch it up and book an apartment. Although the room was very updated and nice, the building itself was very old and outdated. We had to use physical keys making it hard for people to leave when they wanted because they had to be with someone who had a key. The location of the building is awesome with a short walk to the beach but the pictures suggested that there would be an ocean view however there is one room where you can see the ocean and it is between multiple buildings and very far away. Something else that was old was that there were no actual windows instead just panels that shut so noise was easily heard if it was loud on the street. Tom, who was the manager, was very easy to get in contact with. He made sure we knew all the steps for check in and check out. We also were able to check in early and check out a bit later than normal. Overall, our stay was great despite the minor inconveniences of the building.
Had everything we needed and more! A parking spot, beach chairs and towels! The location was great, my older teens could go out in the evening and watch the street shows. ABC store conveniently next store. Has everything you need for cooking if you want to save a little money eating out. Check in and out was a breeze. We are smokers, and it was no trouble at all to go outside to the street and people watch while doing so. Definitely recommend this property. Owner was easy to touch base with and building manager was readily available and visible doing his duties around the property. Bike and moped rental right around the corner too! If it’s in your price range, don’t hesitate! Also, comes with a neighborhood rooster…. Who would have thought on a city street? haha. But if you don’t like that, each room had its own sound machine to drown out traffic and roosters, lol. I slept well and had no issues with “city noise”. And I’m from the country. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
Perfect Waikiki location- comfortable and clean with plenty of space for a family if 4.
This was the just right spot for our family of 4. The space was clean and with 2 separate bedroom/baths everyone had space and privacy. We have 2 teens. The walk to the beach takes 1 min. The laundry in the apartment was amazing. Food and coffee all steps away. Apartment had everything we needed. Parking spot is right - we made it work with a keep wrangler but a mini van may have been problematic. The check in process felt a bit overwhelming but the manager answered his phone and walked me through and it was a breeze to get in and out after that. Would 💯 stay here again for sure!!
Parking space, washer and dryer, full kitchen, beach gear, one block to the beach, ABC store next door, and excellent communication from Tom. No need for a morning alarm, as street noise and the rooster will suffice!
We loved our stay in Waikiki! This condo is in the perfect location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!
This condo was as described and perfect for our family’s week long stay. Great location, it was close to everything. We were provided a complimentary parking spot which we used. Did read in one of the prior reviews about the tight parking, which it was and it’s at a slight sloping angle. We had a large sedan which made it a challenge so do recommend a smaller car. Keep in mind you are in a busy downtown area and that noise do filter into the condo. All in all I would highly recommend this property. Our property manager Tom reached out to us and provided all the info needed well in advance of our stay. Had a great time and looking forward to going back.

We had a fantastic week! The location is prime. We were a stones throw from the beach. The apartment was well equipped with all things needed for a comfortable stay including beach chairs and umbrellas. There are even earplugs in the bedrooms (mornings can be a little noisy in the neighborhood as the hotel loading dock across the street, competes with early morning bus tours and a local rooster). Tom was very responsive and communicated well.
