Great Waikiki Location

Location was fabulous & within walking distance of beach, restaurants and shopping. The apartment itself was adequate and well equipped. The building is marked as non-smoking; however, we could smell people smoking in the unit below us. We did thoroughly enjoy the location & the other comforts of the unit.

We were very disappointed with this property. The unit was dirty, old and noisy. The floors were filthy, the bedcovers were stained and there was mold growing on the refrigerator water/ice dispenser. The beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler were old and broken. The bath towels and bed sheets are cheap and the furniture was uncomfortable and hadn’t been cleaned for months or years! We expect some noise staying in the heart of Waikiki, but the windows aren’t noise proof and the wall AC units are old and loud. I don’t recommend this place at all!

Enjoyable stay

The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We only had to walk about a block to get to the beach and having the beach chairs available for our use was nice. The host was fantastic about communicating with us in a very timely manner.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, and having a parking spot included was great. The condo was exactly as pictured and the view was great. Thank you for having us as guests

Mostly accurate descripton of the Unit. The bedroom carpet was dirty, and stained. Had to put paper towels under the Patio air conditioner and a chair due to the water drip next to the sliding door that was a dangerous trip/slip hazard. There should have been mention of the constant street noise from deliveries, cars, and loud people. Found out that was the reason for the plastic containers of earplugs. All other desciptions, and accessories were accurate. The overall remodel was very nice, beds, furniture comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. The location and view were great. Comunication with the Host was easy, and the response was always fast. This is an honest observation, and hope that this is helpful.

Amazing Vacation!

This was the perfect place for our family if 3. We loved the location, as it’s close to everything. We had everything we needed to enjoy our Hawaiian vacation. Very easy check in and check out. We will definitely book again on our next visit. Wait no longer on this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Honolulu marathon and birthday

Great location - walkable distance to beach, restaurants, the finish line of the marathon, where one of us celebrated a birthday! We very much enjoyed the condo. The 2nd bathroom was very hot during the afternoon as there were no window treatments to block the sun. We loved sitting out on the lanai in the morning and at night! Tom was very responsive and gracious, even to a plumbing concern that turned out to be user error and not a concern at all. Would return!

Great value

The communication with Tom Link was easy and effective. Pre-arrival info was complete and accurate. The condo is very well located in a good quality construction, half a block from the ocean, on the 9th floor. The size is perfect for two couples. The beds and pillows are good. The kitchen has sufficient tools to cook in complete meals. The overall value is great. One small thing to note: each room has a louver style window and if you're a light sleeper, the noise from the street and delivery trucks will be a problem. With that being said, the overall value is still great. Bernard

FANTASTIC OWNERS AND NICE PROPERTY.

The apartment itself was nice with a well supplied and modern kitchen. Don't expect to sleep in as starting around 4 am it gets loud with garbage trucks, delivery drop-offs at the Marriott hotel across the street as you are on a busy street with lots of tour buses so if you like to sleep in till 6 am, it's not the place for you. The parking spot is tight, so rent a compact car. You have all the beach chairs, boards, umbrellas and cooler as well, so don't buy any of this stuff. A little secret, as this condo does not have a pool, you could use the pool at the Marriott hotel across the street in the afternoon as no key or id is necessary. Just bring a blue towel and your credit card to buy drinks at happy hour. Needless to say, if they ask you for your room number to charge your room, just say that you will pay with CC and not charge it to my room. Also, most high-end hotels don't have any verification at the pools so you could pretty much use a different pool in the afternoon. The owners are FANTASTIC, so if you could live with the issues mentioned in my review and similar comments in other reviews then I would say book this place now. Would definitely go back.

Great location near the beach. Nice clean spacious place. Comfortable beds. Nice view. Plenty of dishes, towels, everything you would need. The only negatives were lots of street noise, and parking. Several nights we were unable to use the provided space because other people did not leave us enough room. However, no issues at all with the room itself.

The listing is very accurate! Great check in instructions and the host was very responsive. Checked in on us to make sure we had everything we need. The place is stocked nicely with beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and etc… it was a super easy walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this place when staying in Waikiki. Great location and place.

Seamless stay, steps from the beach

We spent 11 nights in this Waikiki condo and couldn’t have asked for a smoother stay. It’s a two-minute stroll to the beach and an easy walk to just about everything else we wanted to see. Check-in took was simple, and checkout was just as painless. The host replied to every message almost immediately and clearly cares about the place. We’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Great location

This was a good place to stay as it is on the Diamond head end of Waikiki Beach. It provides easy access to great dining, Waikiki Beach and (if you have a car) to major roadways. The one complimentary parking space is a plus. The condo has all the major kitchen appliances and dinner wear (should you want to eat in). The lanai is very big and there is a peek a boo look at the ocean. The beach chairs (in the closet) was a wonderful touch. As in other reviews, the parking space is very TIGHT so please get a compact car if possible. The location allowed us to travel to many local spots without the hassle of having the car valeted every time you needed it. And for those of you familiar with the Hawaiian islands - there is an ABC store downstairs!!The only challenge was an air conditioner that was continually leaking. We contacted the owner and he responded quickly to the communication however the fix did not happen until after we left. There were a lot of restrictions you are alerted to only after you book the locations. They are not bad but you should see them before you book.I would definitely stay here again!

We could walk everywhere. Several things to be aware of. There is some street noise and there is no air conditioning in the second bedroom. Both easily overcome.

Excellent Waikiki location

This condo was perfect for our family one week vacation. The location was ideal with a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I had several communications with the owner, Thomas Link, and he was very helpful and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, including the sofabed and the condo was very clean and well furnished. We were sorry when our week came to an end and look forward to returning. I would definitely come back to this same property again.

Fantastic Experience!

My business partner and I were in Honolulu for work and this unit was an excellent base of operation. It was very spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything we could ever need. Coffee on the lanai with the ocean view was also a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic. It's close to everything downtown, and it's super easy to access the freeway if you're heading to the North Shore or other parts of the island. Tom was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again on our future trips. Pro Tip: If you rent a car, get a subcompact. The parking lot is small. If you have a larger car, you'll have trouble navigating into the parking space.
