Oh so Happy and satisfied

This townhouse was perfect. it was decorated beautifully and I will stay here over and over again and recommend it to others. I promise you will not be disappointed at all. The beds are comfortable and you can sleep very well. I loved Naples we had an awesome time. The home and Naples was a excellent match.

Bright and clean but some problems

We had a good stay with a few issues. It is furnished as a cute, beachy home and is very comfortable. This rental has a garage and that was the one of the main reasons I chose it. When we arrived for our stay the driveway was blocked with a car. I was not provided a phone # for my rental contact so messaged him right away. I didn't hear from him for over 3 hours. We had to knock on doors and found out it was a crew working on a nearby unit. While the owner is not responsible for this - the problem was they didn't respond for 3+ hours. The next day after breakfast out we returned to our unit and found a large note taped to the door that said FYI The unit owner has been served notice to case and desist. I called the owner and he seemed surprised and asked me to send him a pic of the note from the door. He apologized and again apologized via text later that day. He assured me we would be fine for our final night of stay. No other issues after that. Final note- the master bed is a sleigh bed and it is super comfortable but it is really, really high. I am 5'6' and I had to give myself a few steps to hike myself up. My husband is 6'4" and he said it was even too high for his liking.

This condo was a perfect selection for our family of 5. Plenty of room and convenient time swimming pool and tennis courts. Wish we would have reserved a longer stay.

I was totally impressed with this property. My first experience of vacationing this way.

I would definitely stay at the house again. Lovely quiet neighborhood close to all the attractions. Great hospitality no issues with communication with the host. Excellent clean house everything was perfect .
