Spacious professionally decorated 923 square foot 23rd floor condo has the MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING AREA DIRECTLY ON THE GULF! A 30 foot balcony is accessible from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the family room and master bedroom. Discover the peaceful sound of the waves and the spectacular view of the gulf from this 5 star rated unit.

SAVE MONEY! The bunk room has it's own bathroom and gives you the advantage of a second bedroom without the price. The DOUBLE/TWIN bunk bed sleeps three. The condo is furnished with modern style furniture, which gives it a very unique and upscale look. The kitchen is well-equipped and has beautiful granite counter tops. Six can dine at the glass top dining table and bar. The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, two chairs and 65" Smart TV with DVD. Master bedroom has a King size bed. There are two full sized bathrooms with tub/shower. The unit has travertine stone tile floor, crown molding, 9 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors, bar area on the balcony.

Tidewater Beach Resort is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand gulf beaches. A first class family resort condominium featuring an impressive array of amenities. The primary renter is required to be at least 25 years old. Two huge lagoon pools at 4200 square foot each with Tiki bar, a 4300 resort ready fitness center with 'health bar' and spa, sauna, steam room, a 5000 square foot conference center, movie/media center, heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, seven high-speed elevators, game room, convenience store, card room and much, much more!

Tidewater is conveniently located within 1/3 mile to the new 900,000 square foot PIER PARK Shopping Village(over 100 retailers). Pier Park features fantastic restaurants and great shopping. Restaurants include Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, Panera Bread, Back Porch Seafood House, Buffalo's and many others. Stores include Target, Starbucks, Dillard's, Old Navy, JC Penney, and many more. Also featured is a 16 screen Cinema complex.

There is one-time resort fee of $35 payable directly to the resort, and additional guests fees may apply for parties larger than 3 guests.

The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was majority friendly. There was a smell thru out the main corridors of the hotel that was not very pleasant. The room was nice for the price. The elevator situation is horrendous! There are several elevator banks, but some were out of service. The wait times during peak times (I.e. check in check out, dinner times) were at least 10-30 mins to get on the elevator. Overall I’d give our experience 3.5-4 stars out of 5 mainly taking off for the smell and the elevator.

Hi Mike, sorry about your long wait times for the elevators. Unfortunately, this situation is the same in all high rises in Panama City during the peak month of July. Even though our resort has 7 elevators, one of them is under repair. The wait time is usually much less outside of July. As to the smell, I am not sure what you referred to but there may have been some painting going on the main floor.

The room was great! The only issue we have was with the elevators!! All of them. They didn’t work have the time and so many people would pile on because they was tired of waiting. We were on the 23rd floor so you can only imagine the amount of people waiting.

We are glad that you liked our condo, Conni! Yes, the elevators are a pain during peak holiday times. Memorial Day when you had your vacation is one of those holidays. The other is 4th of July. Other than that, we do not hear many complaints this year as almost all of the elevators have been renovated. Hopefully, you will have different experience if you come there outside of those peak holidays. Let us know if we can accommodate you again!

The long balcony and view by itself is worth the money! The room is clean, modern, and liked that its down a little hallway by itself (not next to noisy hallways). Loved the large balcony doors letting a lot of natural light through and let's not forget the king bed (so comfy). You could not ask for better communication with a host!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The view was absolutely amazing and the condo was well furnished. Only giving 4/5 stars because our first night we had some issues with getting the AC to work properly but it did eventually start working and cooling the condo. Overall, would definitely recommend. The host made sure we had everything we needed.

Check in process very easy, condo clean but needs updating. Staff always cheerful and helpful. First condo in PCB that had staff operating elevators during busy times which helped tremendously!! Will definitely stay again!

This condo was gorgeous! Our kids having a separate full bathroom of their own was amazing. Beautiful balcony with full beach views! Private washer and dryer in unit was a huge plus to keep my daughter’s uniforms clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

We bought this condo as our dream getaway. It is perfectly situated right on the white sand of Emerald Coast with a spectacular view of the beach and turquoise water. Its private balcony is our favorite place to dine watching the sun setting into the sea. It feels like it's far from civilization, but at the same time, it is only a short beach stroll away from a vibrant and entertaining Pier Park Shopping Village where we can find food and fun. Tidewater Beach is also a vacation resort, so we enjoy its amenities and the party atmosphere that we cannot have at home. We have traveled around the world but this is our favorite place to return, again and again...
