Francesco was very responsive in communicating prior to our arrival, making the check in process seamless. Property was as advertised … clean and spacious for our family of five adults. Property had everything we needed with no issues. Great location … close to Roma Termini Station with lots of restaurants nearby. If you don’t mind walking, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and other attractions are walking distance. Definitely would recommend this property.

We had the best stay, Mr. Reina was amazing! The neighborhood had lots of amazing restaurants and so close to the train station to get around. Will absolutely stay here again.

Perfect location

We could walk from train station to the rental and also easy to find cabs or take the metro. Place is very clean and check in process was super easy. Beds comfortable and nice showers. Restaurants near by. Would definitely stay there again if came back to Rome.

Great space- great location

We were worried about the safety of the area, since it is so close to the Termini station. But we need not have worried, the area felt totally safe, the building was secure, and the location was amazing- so easy to reach almost anywhere in Rome. The space was beautiful and spacious and Francesco went out of his way to meet us and get us checked in and settled. We highly recommend this apartment!

We very much enjoyed our first family tip to Rome and this apartment was ideally situated near the train station. Lovingly Stay

Truly a Lovely House with ideal spaciousness for six with our grandkids and their parents/ perfect location for arriving ( near the Termini) as well as sightseeing. All conveniences of meals as well as lots of nice restaurants in the area. Steps away from Rome Termini train station

We loved our stay in Rome. We were so close to the train station we could see it through a window but it was still a quiet neighborhood with close by restaurants and grocery. Host met us at check in and thoroughly explained everything we would need to know about the apartment. So spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 with two teenaged boys. We all had a space to be. Great laundry lines to dry washed clothing and full kitchen with everything you could need. 2 bathrooms was a great perk for our tight schedule. Would definitely stay again.

Tour of Italy

We came in from Milan on the train and this unit was a mere 3 city blocks straight down the street when exiting from the right side station exit/entrance door after leaving the train boarding area. Very convenient, nice quiet neighborhood that was close to restaurants and grocery stores. When leaving, we walked back to the same train station and took a train to the FCO airport without a stop!! Couldn't have worked out any better. The VRBO was beautiful and spacious. Old charm with new amenities. Really quite pleasant. and Francesco was amazing and attentive to any question we had! Highly recommend!

“The Lovely House” is Fantastic!

This VRBO is indeed lovely! Well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom- and accurate to the pictures online- perfect for our family of 6! Air conditioning in every room was excellent- and needed in the summer heat. Location was great- close to Termini, shops, restaurants, grocery store and the neighborhood felt a little quieter and slightly less busy than others- a welcome treat after long days of sightseeing! Francesco was responsive to questions, and on-site door person was also very helpful. I have already recommended The Lovely House to family and friends, it was our first time using VRBO and I would use it again! Thank you Francesco for sharing your Lovely House with us- it was a gem!

We were a Portuguese family of 6 + a child staying for 4 days in Rome and we loved the apartment, as well as PierFrancesco, a very nice and kind boy. It was indeed a pleasure to meet him! The apartment was completely renewed and it is very bright and spacious and very clean and well equipped. Back Again

Back again. This property is perfectly located to take advantage of the public transportation systems: busses, trains, metro, and cabs. Travel practically anywhere in the country in 4-6 hrs - see it all from the eternal city.This is our 4th time to book the property, and the owners are always very helpful and responsive to questions and concerns.This property has everything that you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. If you want to go out and enjoy the local food scene, you're right by transportation to anywhere. If you want to stay in and cook for yourself - the kitchen is calling you and there are several grocery stores nearby for all your needs.If you are traveling light, there is a washing machine to lighten your bags. Hang them on the line or use a drying rack for your clothes.One of our favorite memories is sitting in the kitchen with the doors open and listening as the sounds of a music lesson reverberated through the courtyard - it was magical.We find ourselves, once again, looking forward to returning.

Rome- Lovely House

My husband and our two grown sons recently stayed at Francesco's apartment in Rome. We arrived earlier than expected, and were able to drop off our bags, while they were cleaning the apartment. Francesco checked us in quickly, answered all of our questions, and we returned later that afternoon. The place is very spacious, clean and centrally located near the Roma Termini Station. The station is the Main Railway Station in Rome. The station has a variety of shops, restaurants and a small market. It's not a bad idea to bring a few shopping bags along if you will be shopping there on a regular basis. The area near the station is very busy. It is also the area where you can get a taxi cab. However, the apartment is nearby and in a quieter area. The apartment had everything we needed. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are nice. And the air conditioner was wonderful. Which was very important when visiting in the summer. My only suggestion would be for guests to bring additional soap and shampoo. They provide some, but it may not be enough for a few days. You also have to pay for extra towels. Francesco from the time we made our reservations, was very helpful. He gave us all kinds of information about the area. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Rome!
