Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem wundervollen Haus, haben uns gut erholt und Ausflüge unternommen. Jeden Abend haben wir gegrillt und den Abend ausklingen lassen, am Tag den Pool gut genutzt. Einzig der Hahn von der anderen Straßenseite hat ein wenig genervt, der fast 24 Stunden gekräht hat. Lieben Dank an Jesimar, die Kommunikation mit ihm hat super geklappt, wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße

belle maison avec inconvenients

la maison est magnifique , bien équipée . Malheureusement située près d'une route très passagère avec beaucoup de bruit, les nuits se terminent a 6 heures du matin quand le trafic routier reprend . Eau non potable,douches souvent froides car l'eau chaude a bien du mal a arriver. Portes que l'on ne peut pas ouvrir de l'extérieur, ne pas oublier ses clés car on reste enfermés dehors. En conclusion prix un peu élevé par rapport aux prestations

Ein sehr schönes Haus im Finkastil.

Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto kommt man in kürzester Zeit überall hin. Das einzige, was einem extrem auf die Nerven geht, ist der Hahn der Nachbarn, der ununterbrochen zu jeder Tages- und insbesondere Nachtzeit ohne Pause kräht! Wenn man schlafen möchte, sind Ohrenstöpsel Pflicht!

Erwartungen übertroffen!

Diese Villa hat uns sehr begeistert! Wir wohnten hier 14 Tage, Oma und Opa, Eltern, 2 Teenager. Durch die Aufteilung, großes Schlafzimmer mit Bad und Ankleidezimmer separat, war das Haus ideal für uns. Die Ehebetten setzen aufgrund der französischen Größe voraus, dass man den Körperkontakt Nachts nicht meiden will, was für uns in Ordnung war. Die Ausstattung der Küche hat alles, was man braucht, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden, 2 Fernseher, Wlan, Fön, alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Bei Fragen einfach Yesimar kontaktieren, der bereitwillig weiterhilft! Hierfür ein großes Lob und Danke schön!!! Ebenso für die tolle gefüllte Obstschale und alles, was sonst noch für den Gast bereitgestellt wird. Das Mobiliar und die Einrichtung sind sehr geschmackvoll und die Villa picobello sauber! Ebenso sauber ist der tolle Außenbereich mit beheiztem Pool der auch bei 20 Grad im Dezember gerne genutzt wurde! Alles in allem war unser Urlaub gerade auch durch diese schöne Unterkunft traumhaft schön. Da das Haus etwas außerhalb liegt, würde ich einen Mietwagen unbedingt empfehlen. Kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag für Yesimar: Die Spiegelbeleuchtung im ersten Bad ist zum Schminken ein bisschen dunkel. Hier wären hellere Lampen am Spiegel toll!!!

This villa is amazing. massive villa. beautiful rooms and grounds. high ceilings in the lounge. Stunning views. VERY CLEAN!! had everything we needed down to kitchen equipment... ping pong table pool bats and balls. STUNNING mountain views .. quiet location . outside area was amazing.. speakers outside so you can listen to music.!! lovely helpfull communication with owners. will be defiantly be coming back!! :) thank you for letting us stay x

Grande maison

La maison est vaste avec de grandes pièces, très propre. Nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée des fruit, du lait, du vin et des produits pour le bain ou douche. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et prévenants en cas de problème. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir. Seul bémol, la route très proche avec une circulation assez dense.

Posizione strategica sulle più calme spiagge del sud e supermercato a breve distanza. Una casa da sogno che consigliamo fortemente a chi volesse visitare la splendida isola di Fuerteventura.

Séjour très agréable et dépaysant

Très belle villa dans un cadre remarquable avec un accueil à la hauteur des prestations de cette location, beaucoup d'espace dans chaque pièce. Quelques points à améliorer: - la vaisselle est globalement insuffisante notamment au niveau des plats à four ou à salade, des petits couteaux de cuisine, des assiettes au nombre de 6 ce qui oblige une vaisselle après chaque repas - une petite table serait la bienvenue dans la cuisine pour avoir plus de place pour poser les affaires quand on cuisine - la maison peut être fermée en tirant simplement les portes de l'extérieur ce qui peut poser un grave problème si les clés sont restées à l'intérieur!! - le débit de l'eau sur les douches est trop faible Voilà quelques suggestions pour améliorer cette location qui démarre et qui mérite d'avoir beaucoup de succès dans l'avenir!

Familia Goetz gracias por la estancia en nuestra vivienda y a las sujerencias para las mejoras, devido a que solo llevamos tres meses en regimen de alquiler vacacional, todavia nos faltan algunos pequeños detalles que no tardaremos en mejorar.
