The flat is the self-contained ground floor of the villa, on one level with the private garden.
Enjoy a natural atmosphere in a quiet, residential location, whilst being just a stone’s throw from the long stretches of beach, restaurants, shops and year-round entertainment at La Chambre d’Amour.

The accommodation, which sleeps 6 people, comprises:
- A bright living room and a kitchen-diner,
- 4 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms (1 separate bathroom with a bath and toilet, and 2 en-suite shower rooms adjoining 2 of the bedrooms), as well as a separate toilet.

Practical information:
- Parking: A private outdoor parking space allows you to get around easily at any time.
- Local transport: the beaches, local shops, surfboard hire and surf lessons are all within walking distance.
A bus stop just a few minutes away provides direct services to Biarritz town centre and the railway station, amongst other destinations.

Linen:
Bed linen and towels are not provided. You can easily hire these via the concierge service.

Special note (October to March):
The flat is let with 3 bedrooms (the 4th, which has 2 single beds, is not included during this period due to inadequate heating in that room).

The region:
All year round, enjoy an ideal location for exploring the local attractions: competitions – notably surfing and golf – sporting activities, festivals, thalassotherapy… not to mention nearby Spain and the Pyrenees…
