Perfect little house for 2 in a wonderful setting.

We spent a week here in June 2015 and had a lovely holiday. Very clean villa with lovely pool and easy walking distance too Pollensa town. Would recommend to any one wanting a relaxing holiday.

Excellent villa, very clean and tidy throughout.Located 15 minutes walk from the town of PollensaVilla was very secure with electric gates and alarmWe did have some initial problems with the villa but these we soon sorted out by the owner himself very quickly. The villa is down a side lane and it was tight for our VW T-ROC to get down there, especially on the first day when arriving in the dark.

Lovely stay in a great spot.

Beautiful location and very clean. Nice and private. Bathroom and kitchen could do with upgrading. Very basic kettle which should be replaced.

Fabulous

Lovely rustic property in wonderful, secluded and quiet location yet only a couple minutes drive from Pollenca. The property was exceptionally clean which is not always the case with villa rentals. Swimming pool also very well maintained. Overall, excellent.

Beautiful villa short walk from Pollenca

Lovely well equipped property. Very private and not overlooked. You would not think you were 5 mins walk from town. We had fantastic weather for October so were in pool every day. Outside space was excellent. We come to Pollenca regularly and usually stay a bit further out of town but being able to walk in to the old town for dinner or afternoon drinks was brilliant.

Very relaxing holiday. Welcome pack was more than we expected. Great location. Two bikes as part of the kit at the villa, would have been great.

Excellent rural retreat

Lovely peaceful location within 15 minutes walking distance of Pollensa. Villa was spotlessly clean & thoughtfully equipped. Only down side was uncomfortable beds! Very hard mattresses & two very basic single beds pushed together not ideal for couples. Outdoor furniture also quite basic & uncomfortable after a while.

Pollensa vacation

Right sized accommodation for 2 people. Villa was well equipped and in good, clean condition. Appliances were quite new. Peaceful location yet convenient. Outside area lovely and big . Well lit at night. Not overlooked by other propertiesnear neighbours. Liked the extra outside cushions. Garden area in front of the pool quite bare and lacking privacy - needed some flowering shrubs to hide the view of tumbledown building and pile of earth in the right hand corner of the garden while sitting next to the pool. Turning area for the car was very tight. Black painted pictures in bedroom were dark and depressing.
