Saone River Apartment

Our hosts, Louis & Isabelle, were very kind and made our 2-night stay in Chalon sur Saone extremely comfortable! The apartment is extremely spacious and Isabelle gave us a short tour upon our arrival. A small gift basket awaited us, which was nice! We also appreciated having a washing machine! We dried our clothes on the rack overnight using the fan provided. Future renters should know there is a steep staircase leading to the apartment for those with mobility issues. Free parking was just outside the apartment or at most less than a 3-minute walk away. We felt very safe in the neighborhood where the apartment is located. There is so much history to see in Chalon and we spent one full day walking around the city and seeing the sights! There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a 10-minute walk! Louis and Isabelle were great hosts and when the city shut off the water to the apartment at 0800 on the day we departed, they gave us plenty of bottled water and a bottle of champagne to compensate! We would definitely stay there again! Jamie and Sherrie

Un appartement très bien équipé.

Un appartement très bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié non seulement I'ambiance, avec les décorations sympathiques et affectueuses, mais aussi les détails bien pensés. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise et avons apprécié chaque « retour à la maison ». Une belle vue sur la rivière. Sans oublier les hôtes adorables ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. A recommander vivement. ******************************************* Sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnung. Nicht nur das Ambiente, mit den netten und liebevollen Dekorationen, sondern auch die durchdachten Details haben uns sehr gefallen. Für jeden Ablauf war alles vorhanden, selbst ein Einkaufs Trolley. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und jedes "Nachhausekommen" genossen. Ein super Blick auf den Fluss. Nicht zu vergessen, die liebenswerten Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vakantie in Chalon-sur-Saône

Prima verblijf, veel ruimte in het appartement. Heel dicht bij het centrum. Parkeren voor de deur. Ontbijt, koffie, jus d'orange, thee, alles staat voor je klaar! Enig minpuntje is dat het bed typisch Frans keihard is.
