My name is Ashley Cadden Preston and my family found this beautiful land in 1989. We planted our 6 acre vineyard in 2007 and all of our family members help out. We love hosting family gatherings and our property and amenities show it. We grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec. We sell our grapes to the label Toybox; however we have our own label, Cadden Family Vineyards, from 2018. Each varietal is delicious!

My husband and I live on the property in our own home if you needed anything at all. We respect our guests privacy and are distanced well. We have a 3 year old Weimaraner named Snoop. We love the peaceful nature of Pope Valley and love sharing our gem with others!

It's truly the retreat people need from the city, it's a special place where they feel recharged after their stay. Our guests always comment on how quiet and peaceful it is, helping them get the best sleep. Theres a calming feel when on our property, it's a unique place to regenerate and spend quality time with family and friends. There are some fun wineries close and we're 30 minutes from amazing farm to table restaurants. Private chefs are also available for hire and drop off services if you don't feel like cooking. I'm also happy to pick up anything you need.

What makes this property unique

The views from everywhere inside and outside of the house are breathtaking. Listening to nature while enjoying a nice glass of wine or bobbing around in the pool. You can truly relax, cook, have fun playing in the game room, enjoy swimming, bocce and hiking outside.
