The property was clean and very comfortable. We loved that we could get out and ride but then relax by a nice bonfire with no traffic around. Host was amazing. We cannot wait to go back again.

The property was perfect for our family to get away and explore during our Thanksgiving break. We loved everything about the home and the area. A couple days of riding trails and relaxing by the fire was just what we needed.

We are so glad you all enjoyed yourselves! We would be glad to host you again in the future!
Rode the Wolf Pen gap trail system and surrounding forrestry service land for 4 days. Located on the south east side of the system which is perfect for our plan of riding. Plenty of room for our 2 trucks an trailers with alot to spare. The beds are the most comfortable we have slept on in any cabin we have rented.

I would rent here again in a heartbeat. This was the most lovely home, the most accommodating hosts, and a beautiful, quiet location. We had easy access to the trails and that is why we came.

We had a great family stay in early July. The place was terrific and very comfortable in a beautiful forest. The owners quickly answered every question we had. It was peaceful and relaxing with the Ouachita National Forest to hike through. We will definitely book this location again in the future.

About the host
Hosted by Mark and Alicia Moss
We purchased this property in 2019 because we love all things being outdoors! We enjoy camping, hiking, and swimming in the nearby swimming holes! Coming here is a time for our family to unplug, relax, and enjoy being together.
Why they chose this property
Our family has been coming to this area for years! It became a Thanksgiving tradition to go on a family backpacking trip on the Caney Creek Trail just 20 minutes from this property. We spend 2 or 3 nights on the trail and then head home. We loved the area so much, my husband started looking to purchase a home for a getaway! We found this perfect location and love coming here! The drive through the mountain is breathtaking, the fall colors are beautiful, and the seclusion from the hustle and bustle is the break we didn't know we always needed.
What makes this property unique
The view from the living room and family room caught our eyes immediately! We've looked out the windows and watched deer walk across the property! The porch provides an opportunity for great conversation while enjoying the breeze and shade from the large trees on the property.
