propreté sanitaire lamentable ; toilette très sale (excrements
visibles) bouchon central du lavabo tout noir. mini four et plaques électriques et cafetière non nettoyés depuis des lustres. Alèse très sale : elle a du servir à plusieurs personnes. je ne comprends pas qu'on puisse louer dans cet état.

Monsieur. Étant donné que nous demandons à nos résidents de faire le ménage en partant , une part de ces remarques est imputable au locataire vous ayant précédé. Toutefois -et bien évidemment- un service de conciergerie passe systématiquement entre deux pour corriger le tir si besoin. Dans votre cas 3 jours avant ; et rien ne m'a été signalé. Bien sûr personne n'est infaillible mais il vous restait la possibilité de me joindre ...
Je terminerais sur une remarque d'ordre général en précisant que je cherche à maintenir des tarifs abordables et que les personnes cherchant une qualité irréprochable devraient se tourner vers les services hôteliers. Et y mettre le prix

Superbe séjour
Bon studio et très bien placé au pied de la plage
Le seul petit point négatif le frigo fait un peu de bruit et il légère cuvette quand on dort.
Mais honnêtement on est très satisfait et on y reviendra. Cordialement
