We welcome you to a newly renovated studio of 20 m2 on the 2nd floor with lift located in the centre of LA TURBALLE.
In a quiet residence, open view, it is ideal for two people. You will find all amenities nearby and within walking distance: beach, market (Wednesday and Saturday morning), various shops, restaurants, activities and pier for Belle Ile and Ile d'Houat.
The studio is composed of:
- a living room with a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) and a Murphy bed (90 x 190).
- a glazed balcony
- a kitchen area.
- a bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, storage.
- a cupboard on the landing.
Equipment: sink, ceramic hob, multifunction oven, top refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker (Senseo), kettle, TV, hairdryer.
Non-smoking studio including balcony.
We provide bed linen.
Bring towels.
A private parking space within the residence is at your disposal.
End-of-stay cleaning option available on request at a rate of 50 €.
Come and discover the Guérande peninsula: La Turballe, Piriac sur Mer, La Baule, Le Croisic, the salt marshes and the medieval city of Guérande.
Saint-Nazaire is a 30-minute drive away and Nantes is 1 hour away.
