About this property

Seven year old home with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. This Oceanfront Oceanview home on the Circle in Atlantic Beach.
This home has the most beautiful views of the ocean and is steps away from restaurants, boardwalk, volley ball and lifeguarded beach. Enjoy the outdoors in your private swimming pool, in-ground hot tub, outdoor shower and grill.
There is an open living room, dining room and kitchen on second level with fully-equipped kitchen, half bath. Third floor features oceanfront master bedroom with king bed, private bath and built-in "coffee bar". Second bedroom with private bath and queen bed. First floor has three bedrooms - queen bed with private bath and two bedrooms with two twins in each bedroom and shared full bath. There are 5 Bedrooms that can accommodate 10 guest
Upon Request we will sometimes allow up to 13 guest.
If this is something you are interested in doing please inform property owner before booking. ( This home has bed space for ten. over ten guest is permitted but you would need to bring cots or air mattress.) Elevator, washer and dryer, garage and WIFI. (The elevator often needs to be reset. To reset the elevator you need to turn elevator breakers off in the garage count to 10 and then turn them back on.)
This home is dog friendly with $200 fee. Optional heat fee for pool available for $125.00 per day. When heated the pool is set at 84 degrees. Renters are not permitted to increase that heat without permission from owner. This is a NON-SMOKING cottage. Parking for three cars.
If you are planning to bring a pet, please make sure you contact owner.
There are additional fees for lodging of pet. These fees do not include cleaning hair that may shed. Owner of pet is responsible of making sure that rental home is free of all pet hair. If any pet hair in found in pool there is an additional $75 Fee
Animals are not permitted in pool or on furniture and bedding.

Ocean Oasis

This stay was perfect! Stefan was great to work with and answered all the questions that came up throughout the stay. The house was clean, the pool and hot tub were perfect for some family fun and you can’t beat the location! We will definitely be back and we are already planning our next trip! If you’re looking for a house for your family to spend time at the beach or a place to get together with your best friends, this is the house!

Outstanding Oceanfront House

Exceptional oceanfront house, prime location. Well maintained, modern, very clean, comfortable, nicely furnished, many amenities. Perfect for our 3 generation family. Right on the beach, we couldn’t be closer to sand and surf! Private heated pool, in ground heated spa on private deck w plenty of lounge chairs. Pool toys, plenty of beach chairs in large 2 car garage. Oceanfront balconies w seating and tables on every floor. Well equipped, modern, clean kitchen with everything we needed and more including separate coffee center w both brewed coffee maker and Keurig. Living room w entire wall of oceanfront windows and sliding doors, brand new comfortable sofas and chairs; dining room with table perfect for dining and family games w built in buffet we used for serving food and as snack center for the children. Well appointed, clean oversized master suite including sitting area with stunning ocean views, balcony, updated bathroom and ample closet and storage space. 4 additional clean, light filled bedrooms, 2 are oceanfront with balconies. Plenty of towels, hairdryer, fresh roll of TP in each clean bathroom. Elevator for easily transporting luggage, groceries and us to the various floors. Location! In center of the beach community, the Circle. Steps away are fresh donut shop, delicious breakfast spot, great restaurants, bar, beach shops. Food Lion, other stores less than mile away. Friendly responsive accessible homeowner. We highly recommend this property and will return.

Loved this Beachfront Home

Our Family of 6 and a friend met at Atlantic Beach for first time . Found this gem of a house by random luck . Beautifully painted, decorated and bedrooms are spread apart and quiet. Lots of bathrooms, great kitchen. Out door hot tub, heated pool and sturdy expensive deck chairs on all balconies and at pool. Owner was very responsive to our questions. We will come back !

My wife Diana and I recently purchased this beautifully furnished ocean front home. We both work in education and run a small business. Along with our sons Stefan and Ryan we vacationed at this home prior to our purchase. During our stay we fell in love with the home and agreed that there is no place we would rather be.

Why they chose this property

We had vacationed many times near the ocean but after vacationing in an ocean front home in Atlantic Beach we new this was the only place we wanted to be. The home's exquisite décor along with the convenience and beauty of being on the beach is an incredible vacation experience. From the porch and all three balcony's you see dolphins as well as the sunrise and sunset . You are steps away from fantastic ocean front restaurants, ice cream and shopping. We love to visit the historic town Beaufort which is a very short drive from our home. My wife children and I love to fish. We are now on the beach and a few minute drive to Atlantic Beach and Morehead City charter fishing. There is so much to do in Atlantic Beach and that fact had some influence on us buying this property. The Major influence was the home itself. The incredible time we spent relaxing on the deck and enjoying all the beach had to offer was the main reason we believe this is the best vacation property.
