1 large room with on one side a living room with sofa, TV and on the other a kitchen/ dining room equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave
1 bathroom with walk-in shower and sink -

On the attic floor:
1 double bedroom in 160cm for 2 people with duvet -
1 double bedroom in 140cm for 2 people with duvet -
WIFI. Charges included in summer and €30/week in winter period. Heating with oil. Terrace furniture and barbecue. Parking spaces. Bike/board shelters. Washing machine. Good condition (maintenance and painting). Final cleaning 80 €.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, ...etc.).

Quiet environment, 600m from the beach of Keryvon and near the beaches of Landrellec (between Trégastel and Trébeurden).

The house is very nice and enjoyable. We would rent it again. The communication with the agency was difficult because they only used French even so we ask in English.

Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Haus mit toller Terrasse in großem Garten. Gute und umfangreiche Ausstattung. In den Schlafzimmern im Dachgeschoss riecht es etwas muffig. Unsere Empfehlung: etwas weniger Dekoartikel und dafür ein paar Becher/Tassen und kleine Löffel mehr.Insgesamt ein gutes Objekt.

Belle maison très bien équipée. On s’y sent bien.Commerces à 15 mn en voiture, mer à 600 m mais la plage de sable est bien plus loin, accès en voiture. Endroit très calme. Nous voulions randonner, le GR34 est à proximité pour découvrir la belle côte de Granit Rose.

Une jolie maison de vacances

Une jolie maison très bien équipée et joliment décorée où nous avons eu plaisir à séjourner. Au calme avec son jardin ravissant, la maison est à proximité en voiture de toutes les commodités, notamment TREGASTEL et à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage. L’agence de location très difficile à joindre le jour de l’arrivée nous a causé un peu de stress, heureusement résolu après plusieurs appels et de la patience !
