Quiet Beachside Resort living while enjoying the piece and quiet after a long day that the pool and/or beach. This Tennis Villas is on the 2nd Floor with quiet privacy with a gorgeous view of the resort Pond and Green Space. Quiet Enjoyment awaits at this location. 250-300 yards to the Sand and Pool

This Gorgeous Tennis Villas has a wonderful kitchen with full Appliances, Toaster, Blender, Microwave, Keurig & Drip Pot Coffee Maker, Full Dish Sets, Pots & Pan, Utensils and so much more.
Villa has all the Comforts of home with Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds in the guest Room. Couch is a sleeper Sofa.
Unit overlooks a beautiful natural pond for your peaceful relaxation on the Deck after a long day at the Pool or Beach.

BEACH CHAIRS: 2-3 Provided. Can Rent them off season from the Bike Rental Facility or from Shore Services on the Beach during season.

*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets in the Bedroom, 1 set on each Bunk Bed, and 1 set in a plastic bag by the Couch Sleeper Sofa. Each set for the Bed and Bunk Beds consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillow cases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.
*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps, Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner.

-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 5 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
-My unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY)
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary, long distance calls must be collect or charged to a calling card.
-Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
-Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
-Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 10:00pm for special needs or emergencies

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at the resort many times. It is our favorite on the island. Very convenient to everything and my teens enjoy the pool. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the lagoon view. Overall was a great deal. Will be back next year.

This was absolutely perfect for our family! It was clean and attractive, and it was in a great location. They responded quickly when I had a concern (totally my fault), and check-in was easy. The beach and pool were a bit of a walk, but it was no problem with our wagon. The playground was also pretty close. Make sure to pay attention to the special events in the pool area. Movie night and karaoke at the pool were great, but we missed the other events. Also, the view of the lagoon from the balcony was so peaceful! We will definitely visit again!

The condo was just what I needed. A place to unwind and relax, and yet just a short 8 minute walk to the beach. Kevin responded quickly to any request and was friendly and accommodating. I hope to be back soon!

The property was in a great location with a pond out back that was nice to watch while relaxing on the back balcony. The only issue was with VRBO and locating the unit number for the property at check-in. The owner was very responsive in getting us the missing information.

Nice condo

The condo was just the right size for my family of 4. We had such a great time. The walk to the beach was not bad. We were able to walk there with all of our gear. The pool was really nice and had good activities too. The pond view from the balcony was nice. We got to see lots of turtles and even an alligator! We will be back for sure!

Very relaxing stay!

We enjoyed how easily we had access to the beach, just a short walk…..to the point that if any one of us had to go back to our condo for more cold drinks, etc, it’s was easy enough to do. The place itself was cozy, neat and tidy, and stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking. One thing I wish it had was stackable washer/dryer but other than that all was very lovely! The gentleman we communicated with, Kevin, was extremely prompt with any question I had! Wonderful time!

This was our first time in HHI. We took our one year old and six year old with us and stayed at the Beach and Tennis resort. I like how the entrance to the condo had a security booth and the atmosphere was so friendly. It was quiet and beautiful all around. The condo was equipped with pretty much everything you need. The check in process was easy and smooth. Tennis courts are in a great condition. We had a great experience staying at the resort. Walking distance to folly field beach. I recommend this resort for staying with family.

Summer vacation

This property was great for our summer vacation. The resort was nice and close to the beach. We appreciated the close parking, clean place and basic necessities. The pool and beach access were amazing!!! We liked the pool side bar too. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon. Just a few things to consider: bring your own basics if you want to cook(oil, salt/pepper, etc). There are few sidewalks in the resort, so watch for cars. The resort restaurants are not as good as the other restaurants on the island. None of the notes are dealbreakers. We would definitely stay here again. Also, thanks to Kevin for being responsive and helping us adjust our stay when our dates changed.

Very comfortable Stay

The Villa was clean and we had all of the basic furnishings. Definitely bring all of the spices and condiments that you would normally use. The bed was very comfortable in the master room. The twin beds were good as well (according to our college aged daughter). The Villa is in a quiet area and has a beautiful view of the pond. We drove to the pool area instead of walking and there was plenty of spaces to park. The restaurants on the resort are convenient and have a typical type of menus that you would expect. The cocktail drinks were very good at all locations. Kevin (the manager) was very responsive and the information that he gave us was spot on. As far as the beach goes, it was very crowded and if you rent an umbrella and chairs, people will sit right in front of you and pitch the big tents. The only view you have, is of people's backs and tents. There were very little shells and the ones that were there, were tiny. Overall, we had a very nice stay...
