Located on Folly Field Beach, it is centrally located and close to all island activities. We are about one mile from Shelter Cove Marina which hosts weekly crafts and fireworks during the summer. Our wide, sandy beach spans miles in either direction, and is well suited for swimming, long walks, and running or biking along the water's edge. The many sandbars and lifeguards make it a safe beach for the family! We host the largest swimming pool on the island, and there is a smaller pool adjacent to our building. There is entertainment as well as food and drink at the main pool. Children's activities including some evening child care programs are offered. Kid pool in addition to the 2 main pools. Beach chairs from our condo may be taken to the beach. Volleyball on the beach, on-site biking, tennis/pickle courts (ten lit courts).

We stayed at this condo last year and loved it so much we wanted to come back again this year. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach. The condo is stocked with everything you could need. Owner is also great to work with. We will be back for another great HHI vacation!

Nice Ocean and Pond Views

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo. This condo, thou it is not directly oceanfront, has a very nice view of the ocean and directly below the condo is a pond with turtles and an alligator who we enjoyed watching from the balcony. The location is a quick walk to the beach and the smaller Admiral's Row pool which was never crowded. The condo is very clean and organized, has new couches and the communication with the host was good. The photos and description accurately describe this condo and we would stay here again.

Great Vacation Stay

Last minute stay

Our vacation rental was cancelled due to damage from Hurricane Helene. We reserved this unit the night before we arrived. The renter was gracious and very helpful. The unit is clean and we loved the balcony.

Mom & Daughter Getaway

Diane's property was perfect! I wanted a place at the beach that would accommodate my elderly mom and Diane's condo did just that. Easy access to the condo with the elevator, close proximity to the beach, beautiful view, extremely clean and a very secure resort. I could keep listing reasons why this condo at Hilton head was perfect, but you must see for yourself.

Great Beach Condo

The condo was thoroughly clean, and thoughtfully decorated for a beach vacation. Any amenities needed for a stress free week were provided, including beach chairs and toys. The condo had a great ocean view from our balcony. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch out there. We also enjoyed watching the alligator and turtles in the pond below. Our location was a quick walking distance to the beach and pools. The hosts were easy to work with and prepared for our stay. Would love to stay here in the future!

Girls Trip 2019

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane's condominium The condo was super clean and the view was amazing. Plus we had awesome October weather. Everything we needed was there and it was especially nice having beach chairs available for us to use. There wasn't anything for us to do but relax and enjoy our time there. We would highly recommend Admirals Row and Diane's condo.

This lovely condo was exactly as described and perfect for our little family of 4. The view is wonderful and we were able to enjoy the ocean even on the rainy days. Diane was a very responsive host and cares very much about her property. There were lots of little amenities that were helpful to have (beach chairs, toys, etc.) Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived. We had a minor issue upon arrival and Diane was very helpful in resolving the issue. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future. My children were very sad to have to leave the balcony behind. Just a few notes for anyone looking for extra details. The condo is on the 3rd floor and can be accessed by stairs or the elevator. The elevator was in good working order and the complex property was very well maintained. The smaller pool for AR is directly outside the building and the walk to the beach was maybe 500 steps. The boardwalk is level with only a slight slope and no stairs. Lifeguard stand is just steps from the boardwalk and can be seen from the balcony. We knew what flags were flying before we went out each day. Location is awesome. Close to several grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. Inside the beds and couches were comfy and bathrooms were a good size and in nice working order. The kitchen was nice and we were able to fix a couple meals during our stay. All in all this was a lovely condo and accommodated our family nicely!

Great Week

We had a fantastic time at this Hilton Head condo. Diane was great to work with. She was responsive and provided all the details we needed. The condo was clean and well stocked just as pictured. The balcony view was fantastic. We were there 4th of July week and watched fireworks right off the balcony. We enjoyed the beach and pickle ball. Overall we had a great time and would certainly recommend this condo for any family vacation. Thanks Diane!

Great vacation!

This property is as pictured, clean and comfortable. Hilton Head is a great vacation spot and the ocean view from this property is nice, though it is a side "View" and not "ocean front". Just a short walk to the beach which was beautiful. The big story is the alligator that lives in the pond just below this unit's balcony, a six footer who lives peacefully without any inclosures. We watched him all week long along with turtles, birds, and a couple of nocturnal creatures we could not identify. One day, we even had deer at the pond! One thing that would have made our stay nicer would be to have luggage carts available. We only spotted two on the entire property! Most everyone had wagons to transport luggage and groceries, but we did not know to bring one! Overall, we had a great time! Will return for sure....

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Great views and very close to beach. Condo had everything you needed. My only wish is that their would have been carts available to use for luggage and better signage outside and condo numbers-not owners fault of course. We arrived later than we expected and had a hard time finding the unit. Small glitch and had a wonderful time.

This condo was in a wonderful location with a lovely ocean view and incredibly easy access onto the beach. Our only issue was the surprisingly long distance from our car/parking lot into the unit. It took many trips carrying groceries, luggage, etc, up to the condo. There is an elevator, but there are no luggage carts or beach wagons available to make transport easier. If you bring your own wagon you’ll be all set.

Very nice condo

Just like the description and pictures. I would prefer less parking lot view and washer/dryer in unit but that’s not owners fault. Personal preference that I didn’t realize was so important for our family. Owner is very honest and transparent. Also the bedrooms are very dark as they face the inside hallway with no outside light. Again. Personal preference. Just thought I’d add for someone who might feel the same.

Why they chose this property

EASY access, convenient, largest beach, meticulously maintained resort. Resort installed 2 BOARDWALKS making it easy to walk over the soft sand onto the firmer packed sand. Boardwalk over dunes to usable beach makes for much easier access. Very walkable beach. Enjoyable beach offering of both soft sand and packed sand which allows for biking, walking, sand castles as well as soft comfort of white sand.

What makes this property unique

Admirals Row is directly on the ocean. Sandbars, lifeguards,beach chairs provided and reserved set up beach chair service is available for those who prefer to not carry chairs from villa to beach daily. Affordable. Enjoyable island location with less congestion and same activity options. Beaches are large and offer plenty of personal space. Lots of dining options including several waterview restaurants. Shelter Cove Marina is just 1 mile and hosts summer fireworks weekly as well as nightly entertainment for the kids.
