The first floor boasts an inviting open-concept living area featuring a pull-out queen sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a convenient bathroom. Ascend the stairs to find a cozy king bed and a half bath, complete with blackout curtains ensuring a restful sleep and optimal privacy. Please note that our family lives on the property in the main residence. We also have a friendly lab that lives with us. For the comfort and safety of everyone on the property, we do not allow guest pets or dogs in the rental, yard, pool area, or anywhere on the property.

Parking is available for up to two cars, and we extend an invitation to our guests to enjoy access to our saltwater pool. Additional amenities include:
