Discover the refreshing ambiance of our cottage—where modernity meets beach vibes in a minimalistic setting. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by majestic live oak trees, we're located less than a mile from the beach and a stroll away from captivating soundfront sunsets. Immerse yourself in the local experience during your stay in this charming and welcoming neighborhood.

The first floor boasts an inviting open-concept living area featuring a pull-out queen sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a convenient bathroom. Ascend the stairs to find a cozy king bed and a half bath, complete with blackout curtains ensuring a restful sleep and optimal privacy. Please note that our family lives on the property in the main residence. We also have a friendly lab that lives with us. For the comfort and safety of everyone on the property, we do not allow guest pets or dogs in the rental, yard, pool area, or anywhere on the property.

Parking is available for up to two cars, and we extend an invitation to our guests to enjoy access to our saltwater pool. Additional amenities include:

The house was just perfect. We were so glad to have found a small house with everything we needed, since we came as a little family of 4 (2 adults, 3-year-old and 10-month-old). Best Beach Cottage

This beach cottage is absolutely beautiful and something you would see in a magazine. The owners are so wonderful and make you feel very welcome as well as help with any questions you may have. This was the perfect space for my small family (husband and two younger children) The pool was well used and a very relaxing spot to hang out. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

We loved this little place. We had a tv upstairs to use and our 16 year old slept on the roll away and had her own tv downstairs. We will be returning. Never once heard or saw a peep from the host. Super quiet place. Very relaxing and close to everything!!

Perfect Accommodations!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. It’s clear that Kyle and Erin put a lot of thought into not only the design of the cottage, but of what guests might need to make it a great stay. The cottage was clean, warm, and inviting. It was the perfect size for the two of us on this trip. The location is outstanding as well. Super easy to get to the beach, restaurants, or to take advantage of the walk/bike path by the sound. We were able to use the pool to relax during the day and then sit outside each night. Kyle and Erin were quick to respond to any messages we had. Thanks to both of you for creating this space and letting us enjoy it.

Highly Recommend Staying Here

My sister and I stayed 4 nights at Erin & Kyle’s VRBO. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We shared the king bed, but there was also a pull out couch in the same room. We prepared our breakfasts there and they had a Keurig coffee maker. The owners had conveniences like ice packs, coolers and beach chairs for us and we even had a scale available in the bathroom. My cell phone’s GPS did not work and after driving around for over an hour from Manteo, Our host, Kyle, was kind enough to drive to our location and help us find our way back. Both Kyle and Erin are very nice people and if we ever visit the Outer Banks, we would love to stay there again.

Incredible Stay! Wonderful People!

We had a beautiful week staying in this wonderfully located, clean and thoughtful home. We enjoyed spending mornings in the pool and afternoons at the beach. It was easy access to the beach, restaurants, mini golf and ice cream, everything our 7 year old could want! Thank you so much for a relaxing stay, we couldn’t ask for better hosts.
