Our home is one house away from the sand! Every detail in this fully-furnished home will take your breath away from the moment you enter. After exploring your new living area, take in the views on your private rooftop. This coastal home includes two gourmet kitchen with Wolf appliances, the living spaces will invigorate senses as you take in all the amenities hidden within the exquisite decor. Hardwood floors throughout, marbled bathrooms, large open balcony.
Literally steps from the beach and the Balboa Pier. The close proximity to the water allows you to enjoy a wide variety of activities such as Surfing at the World Famous Wedge, Body Boarding, Boating, Kayaking, Sailing, Windsurfing, Biking, Fishing, Beach Volleyball, Frisbee, Shopping, Sightseeing, Restaurants and more. Build a beach bonfire in nearby fire pits and enjoy a beautiful view of ocean and city light view. Take a cruise over to Balboa Island on the ferry, which is just across the street. This is the perfect location for a great vacation. The home is the entire second floor of 511 Balboa and the rooftop, which has two private entrances.

Fabulous Location

The location of this property is fantastic! Close to the sand, parking, ferry, fun zone and restaurants. The view from the rooftop is spectacular! It accommodated our large group of 12 adults and 2 children fairly well, however, 2 of the sofa beds were not very comfortable. The main kitchen was great for preparing and serving meals and the home is well stocked with pots/pans, plates, bowls, silverware, bed linens and bath towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Nice get away.

The location of this property is just a short walk across the street and parking lot to the beach. This unit is very close to several restaurants and eateries. Parking was a challenge. Even though the parking lot was close, it was hard to find a space to park. And it is a paid parking lot. It can get expensive if you have multiple vehicles that need to park. The unit could use a deep cleaning and the kitchen could use some newer utensils and a can opener that can actually open up a can.

Family Getaway

Great location! Less than a 5 minute from the beach. The house was perfect for a large group with separate bedrooms and bathrooms spread out across the floor of the building. Kitchen gave more than ample space to make meals for our large group and the patio provided a great space for outdoor BBQ and family style meals. The view was amazing on the very top deck. We had an amazing time!

Walking Distance to Beach

This is a nice place with good indoor and outdoor space for large group. We had our family of 15 which consisted of 11 adults and 4 toddlers and children. There is a full flight of stairs to get to the property. It is in walking distance to beach. No private parking but next to all day and overnight parking for a daily fee of about $25 for 24 hours. We felt safe and liked the close proximity to everything. There were a couple of small issues but the host was responsive and took care of our concerns.
