Easy access to the famous boardwalk, and the nearby Newport Pier area, as well as eateries, shopping, groceries, coffee shops, Lido Marina Village, and many other conveniences, make this location ideal for walking and biking to all your desired destinations without ever having to get in your car! Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard. As a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: bikes, child seats, trailers, body boards, surfboards, large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, jogger strollers, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

Worked well for our family
We were pleased with our stay but a few things I want to point out considering the price we paid for 2 full weeks. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were good. The kitchen and all the accessories were fine. We would suggest that you provide higher quality bath towels, upgrade the patio heaters, and replace the damaged wrought iron fence on the second level porch. The response by Beachview Properties was very prompt for the few issues we had during our stay.

We would definitely stay here again!
We stayed at 1617 Balboa Blvd. This house is absolutely amazing! It fit our family perfect! Easy walk to the beach, easy walk to the park, generally located close enough to walk or ride to pier and shops. Check in was easy. Communication with beachview realty was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!
