Bien situé, calme, peut-être des réparations à effectuer. Notamment le volet du milieu qui laisse passer la lumière et le gond du bas à droite à resceller et le radiateur de la Sdb à réparer. Une fois les effets rangés il ny a peu de place pour les valises. Mais dans lensemble cest correct.

Appartement agréable très bien situé

Regret de ne pas avoir su qu'il n'y avait plus d'internet ! Accueil chaleureux , emplacement calme . Par contre la vmc de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas. Les protections de matelas pourraient être plus propres.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Kim. Le logement était bien équipé, bien agencé et bien localisé dans Rochefort. Prévoir votre savon pour les mains, liquide vaiselle, sel, poivre etc car cela n'est pas fourni.
