Sunset Villa is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with community pool, waterviews and a short walk to the beach!

Located on the sound in Sunset Harbor, Sunset Villa has recently been completely updated. Immaculate condo with new flooring throughout (no carpeting), new kitchen appliances and new bedroom furniture welcome you on your beachy getaway.
The large flat screen TV allows viewing from the great room and the kitchen.
This is a charming spot for your group of 4-5!

Wireless internet is included.
The queen-sized primary bedroom has an ensuite bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has two twin beds and there is an additional bath with walk in shower off the hall.
There is a futon in the great room to sleep one more.

The kitchen is fully equipped for you to make snacks after beachtime or dinner after pooltime. A breakfast bar seats 3 and the dining table an additional 2.
You can also dine on the balcony which offers gorgeous unobstructed views of the sound, and the most glorious sunsets you'll ever see!

The community pool is close to your door (where grills are available), and the beautiful emerald green Gulf and snow white beach is a short distance away.

This is a non pet friendly home, smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.

Great Condo for our small family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time! Condo was very clean and space was perfect for what we needed. Great location and the layout was well designed. We didn’t cook while we were there but definitely could have if we chose to. Small things (like finding ample outlets to plug in baby monitor, phone, sound machines) were also covered and it seems like they really thought of everything. Thanks for sharing your sweet space with us

Perfect set-up for a small family of 5.

This was our second year staying on the property but first year staying in the Villas. We really like the first floor unit and everything functioned well. A short walk to the beach and even shorter walk to the shallow calm waters of the sound. We shored our sea doos with anchors and ropes near the fishing pear and would make daily rides to Navarre bridge area. We are already planning our next visit and will use this unit again for sure!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not very satisfied with check out time. We checked in late, but it was no exception to check out later than 9 AM. Also, the stove was not working properly. It would get hot and cold as it wishes whether we crank it to high or low which was inconvenient because it was the outer stove. Had to use the inside stove to cook our food correctly.

PERFECTION!

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful place! The condo was perfectly cleaned and such a lovely place! We couldn't get enough of the beautiful view outside the patio door. Our family can't wait to come back!!!
