This ground floor studio offers a king size bed, private bathroom and seating/dining area in an open concept layout. The kitchenette is equipped with a refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker, portable 2 burner cook top, indoor grill, and toaster.

Fun getaway

Enjoyed last minute SB trip and loved the property, access to beach, quiet beach town vibe. They have laundry soap, towels for two, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, dishes, silverware, pots pans, you bring everything else. No dishwasher but wasn’t a problem. The tenants upstairs had kids, it did not bother us because we sleep with a white noise machine, but you might want to bring one just in case. They were very friendly and let us know we could tell them if they got too loud. Loved visiting Fort Perkins, Danny D’s, the pier. The breakfast burritos are yummy at the shark bite. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore more.

Late check in

The only issue we had was the late check-in. At 5:00 in December at Navarre beach it is already dark. We arrived in town at noon and had to wait until dark to check-in and unload. So our first day of vacation was basically a waste. Other than that the property was just as described.
