About this property

Modern house with great facilities and a large jacuzzi

In the heart of the seaside resort of Morgat in southern Finistère in the Bay of Douarnenez, close to beaches, shops, harbour, restaurants, etc., this bright and comfortable new modern house is perfect for holidays with friends or family.

The house sleeps up to 7 people and is best rented for stays of at least 2 weeks during the summer.

The 120 m² single-storey house, set in 600 m² of land, comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs, a fitted and equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room opening onto a wooden terrace with a large built-in jacuzzi that is in use all year round (please allow for the electricity budget depending on the season).

There is a large petanque court at the rear of the house.

The beach is 800 m from the house, where you can enjoy swimming and water sports.

Pets are not allowed.

Sleeps: 1 (160/200); 2 (140/190); 2 (90/190)



In addition to the rental fee, the following charges will be billed:

Water: 2.0 Euros/m3 Electricity: 0.20 €/kW (jacuzzi)

Final cleaning: 80 Euros (compulsory)

Sheets on request: 15 Euros per double bed and 10 Euros per single bed

Towels on request: €5 per person

Tourist tax of 4% of the total rent, capped at €2.2 per adult per day.

Das (Ferien-)Haus ist sehr großzügig und verfügt über diverse Vorzüge wie eine große Terrasse mit hochwertigen Gartenmöbeln und Jacuzzi, ein Badezimmer angrenzend an ein Schlafzimmer sowie zusätzlich Dusche und Toilette getrennt für die beiden weiteren Zimmer. Die Küche ist mit hochwertigen Geräten und ausreichend Zubehör ausgestattet, der Wohn- und Essbereich sehr großzügig. In einem separaten Raum konnten wir unsere E-Bikes sicher abstellen. Die Einfahrt ist durch ein Tor gesichert, sodass sich auch kleinere Kinder frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen und spielen können-viel Platz! Die Wohngegend ist ruhig, zum Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Abwicklung hat mit Erwan hervorragend geklappt, er war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles Ferienhaus in Morgat

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in Morgat. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Haus eignet sich besonders gut für Familien. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Kontakt vor Ort sehr freundlich. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Modernes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Umgebung

Für uns war das sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus ein hervorragende Ausgangsbasis für einen erholsamen Urlaub in dieser schönen Gegend. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter nicht immer Glück und dabei zeigte sich der einzige, winzige Nachteil: Es gibt draußen zu wenig Möglichkeiten z. B. Badehandtücher in einem trockenen Bereich aufzuhängen, da die Terrasse keinen regengeschützten Bereich besitzt.

Wirklich perfekt!

Einfach ein unfassbar schönes Haus. Sehr stylisch eingerichtet und der Aufbau eignet sich auch optimal für Surfer. Riesiger Außenbereich, mit Dusche und genug Möglichkeiten Neos trocknen zu lassen. Der gigantische Whirlpool ist perfekt um einen anstrengenden Tag, auch bei kälteren Temperaturen, ausklingen zu lassen. Alles in allem einfach ein netter Host, super Haus und fairer Preis. Freut euch, wenn ihr hier euren Urlaub verbringen könnt.

Neues Haus, komplett ausgestattet, 2 tolle Duschbäder, Whirl-Pool. Platz für 6 Personen mit Boulebahn. Lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Absolut empfehlenswert. Da in der Nachbarschaft noch gebaut werden kann, könnten Baustellen entstehen.

Alles super !! Haus und Lage wirklich empfehlenswert

Das Haus ist neu und qualitativ absolut hochwertige. Neben den elektrischen Rollläden, Induktionskochfeld und dem ganzen Mobiliar haben uns die vielen Extras gefallen. Spiele, Küchenausstattung und viel Platz innen wie im Garten lassen keine Langeweile aufkommen. Betreuung vor Ort war auch super. Vielleicht wäre eine Bedienungsanleitung für den Whirlpool hilfreich. Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen, leider war das Wetter sehr frisch ....
