Our company was doing work in Washington D.C. and we needed a roomy, comfortable house for five people. Our stay was three weeks and this house was perfect for our needs, beyond our expectations. The owner was more than helpful! We had a long stay and had car issues and he found us a mechanic and tow truck that resolved our problem. We loved the house which had a massive kitchen, loved cooking in it. The entire house was very spacious. There's a large yard with a creek running through it and makes for great wildlife watching from the outdoor terrace. Dan consistently shocked us with how far he would go out of his way to be of help to us in addressing any questions or issues we had. This house is in a quiet, forested neighborhood with beautiful mansions all around yet very close by the George Washington parkway so it's convenient to get to the city quickly. I would stay here again!
