Our stay was excellent. You cannot beat the location for attending Cubs games and immersing yourself in the Wrigleyville atmosphere. The outdoor area was nice, especially in the evenings after games. The Rizzo’s Bar and Inn staff were extremely nice to us too.

Wrigleyville in june

Came into the city for a 3 night stay to see 2 dead and co shows. Place was easy to find with convenient parking and great accommodations. The party deck was awesome . Can't wait to come back.

Prime location and views

The location of the condo is fantastic and the views from the 3rd floor patio were fabulous. Nicole is a great host and was very responsive to any questions or needs. We will definitely make this an annual spot to stay in wrigley!

I can't say enough positive things about this condo across from Wrigley. Perfect location for games and concerts. Nicole was a fantastic host. Will be back again in the future.

This was the first time I ever booked a VRBO. Nicole made the process so easy for me and was very responsive to any and all questions I had. The location couldn’t have been any better for anyone going to the baseball game. The patio area worked perfectly for my family to unwind at the end of the day. Very happy this was my first experience. I will be contacting Nicole again in the future for sure if we need to stay again.

Great access to Wrigley

I brought the wife and four kids. Dont be scared of the bar/restaurant below. Never heard a sound. And they had great food. I will make this my go to in the future.

What a weekend! Cubs/Cards 100% capacity. The Rizzos could not be better hosts. The location could not be any better for a Cubs weekend w the boys or w your family. Nicole and Andrew go the extra mile for their guests. Great People!!!

Heart of Wrigleyville.. Cubbies Dream

This stay was fantastic and they made it easy to handle check-in as well as a nice clean, comfortable location. This was perfect for the 6 (3 couples) of us who met up in Chicago. This is everything you'd expect from a nice, comfortable stay in the city. Just a few blocks from the Red Line, across from Wrigley and great places to eat and drink everywhere. This was a great stay. Only difference i will do next time in booking is to stay on the 3rd floor instead of the 2nd. Just a personal preference for a light sleeper! :)

Weekend in Wrigley/Lakeview!!

We stayed in this amazing 3 bedroom condo the weekend of our wedding. Communication was excellent, easy access to building / check-in, and the best location!! The back deck was an added bonus that we took full advantage of for entertaining and bbq’ing. Thanks so much to the property managers/owners/Rizzos!! You were all amazing. Highly HIGHLY recommend!!

Friendly confines of wrigley

We had an awesome time staying here! The place was clean and just like the pictures shown in the listing. The back rooftop was huge and a favorite place to hang out. Location was great for us to go to a Cubs game and walk to everywhere in Wrigley. Not a problem for us, but good thing to note is that the stairs are pretty steep to get up to the apartment. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends!

Bachelorette weekend

We rented this property for a weekend bachelorette party and the location was great, as long as you don’t want to go to bed early. We were a group of women (ages 35-43) coming from Iowa, MI, and Florida. The condo was clean, beds were super comfy, and the patio space was perfect for us to gather for drinks, visiting, and snacking. We got so lucky with the weather! The bathrooms were nice too, but could have used more towels. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants in the Wrigley area. There was a bar crawl going on though on Saturday night and the bar next door was open until 3 am. It was extremely difficult to try and sleep. Nicole responded to text messages quickly and was always friendly. I would stay at this location again, but only if I am planning on staying out late on Saturday night!
