VRBO renters have access to the entire first-floor private unit. The owner lives in a private separate independent unit within the building. There is a shared entrance to the building with common hallways in the front and back. The laundry machines are located in the basement of the building and are shared with the rooftop event space.

Awesome Place

This is an awesome place to stay for a Cubs game! Great atmoshpere! The place was comfortabel and clean. You are about 100 feet from where the players park and walk in. You can get pictures and autographs. I can't wait to go back!

Great location and vibe

We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the proximity to Wrigley! Literally steps across the street from the left field gate. Everything was wonderful and property management was responsive to all questions. Would definitely stay again.

Best location in Wrigleyville: HANDS DOWN! Once the booking is made, you will receive a welcome guide with everything you need to know about the apartment and neighborhood.

Why they chose this property

You will have a private first-floor unit. Within your unit, you'll find two bedrooms both with queen-sized beds. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Linens and towels included.

The kitchen has an open concept into the dining area and living room with a smart TV.

Guests will have the entire unit and a private front patio with views of Wrigley Field. Guests do not have access to the rooftop unless they obtain a separate ticket.

What makes this property unique

This unit is monitored by a noise detection device called Minut. This device monitors how loud it gets in the unit, how many motions are taking place, and the temperature. This device is solely to prevent parties from occurring in the unit, and to make sure guests respect the other tenants living in the building. This is not a recording device.
