Fabulous two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condominium located in the private gated community of Summer Beach Resort. Ocean Place is conveniently located next door to the world-class Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa. This beautifully furnished and fully equipped condominium comes completely stocked with everything needed for an unforgettable vacation!
This 5th floor oceanfront unit offers all the comforts of home…completely stocked kitchen, comfortable King size bed in master bedroom, perfect for relaxing. The second bedroom another King size bed for guests. Spare linens, bath towels and beach towels as well as beach chairs are provided for your stay.

There are also two gorgeous oceanfront community pool areas both with boardwalks leading to the ocean. Both pools are conveniently located between the two buildings for easy access. There are also plenty of chaise loungers to enjoy the Florida sun!
Whether you're enjoying the magnificent ocean views from the fifth floor balcony, the beautiful sandy beaches and cool ocean breezes of Amelia Island, touring the historic district of Fernandina Beach or treating yourself to a day at the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Spa, come and make Ocean Place at Summer Beach your paradise found!

Awesome Views
Great condo!, with amazing views!, Events next door at the Ritz can get a little loud at night but we were treated to two fireworks shows during our stay. Mattress is little to firm in the Master BD, Condo could use a little updating and softer lighting.

Enjoyed higher unit elevation with panoramic view. Recently renovated unit with a clean, modern look. Kitchen was well equipped. Good communication with the Mock's office. Ease of entry and check-in/check-out with electronic system. Would have appreciated additional sets of bath towels and more kitchen towels. Also pillow cases for extra bed pillows and plastic cups. Will consider renting the unit again!

Beautiful Condo - Beautiful Views - Seamless Transaction with Mocks.
Very relaxing vacation on Amelia Island! Condo was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen is well stocked if you're eating in. Bed was the foam type and very firm. Found them a bit uncomfortable but just a personal preference. The proximity to the Ritz was a bonus. Enjoyed seeing the wedding and live entertainment events that were happening on the lawn adjacent to our balcony. Beach was amazing and quiet! Pool was also relaxing to sit by but very cold in April. It is not heated. Would not hesitate to return!! Thanks for a relaxing week!
