Enjoy this beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the gated community of Ocean Place, located on the fifth floor of building 3. Ocean Place is a guest favorite and is conveniently situated next to the Ritz-Carlton on the south end of Amelia Island. There are two oceanfront pools and private beach access. The main bedroom offers stunning ocean views, a plush king-sized bed, and a newly renovated ensuite bathroom with elegant finishes. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin beds and a private full bath, also recently renovated with stylish decor. A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, and soap is provided for your convenience. Luxury is evident in our fully equipped kitchen, featuring updated appliances, a large pantry, and ample storage space, perfect for preparing delicious meals. There is both a standard coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. Each room comes with SMART TVs, and free high-speed internet is available to support streaming, teleworking, and remote learning.

Amelia Island features miles of biking and walking trails, top-rated restaurants, and charming shops, offering something for everyone. The Ritz is a short walk away and offers fine dining, beautiful views, music, and dancing. Adventurous visitors can enjoy horseback riding on the beach, kayaking, scooter rentals, skydiving, and jet skis. At the same time, those looking to relax can explore river cruises, museums, Ft. Clinch State Park, or hunt for shells, search for sharks’ teeth, or read a good book from one of the island’s new or used bookstores. The island offers diverse dining options representing nearly every cuisine, along with popular activities like antiquing and strolling through the Victorian downtown, which is filled with boutiques, restaurants, and sweet treats. Damage Protection - Included with this rental; however, guests are responsible for damages exceeding the policy coverage.

Security Deposit Hold - A hold is placed on your credit card as a security deposit. There are no upfront charges. You will be notified if any charges occur; otherwise, the hold will be released seven days after you leave.

Parking - There are two parking spaces. Oversized vehicles will not fit.

Communication - We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests purchase travel insurance for their protection. Coastal Wave does not offer refunds or date changes for weather events such as storms or hurricanes.

Great updated condo. Perfect for a family vacation and conference being held at the Ritz. Minor problem with the lockpad on the door before arrival but the management company handled getting a key to us.

This place was so wonderful I almost don’t want to write a glowing review… but good is good & you’d be lucky to be able to rent this unit. Brian was super responsive, everything was brand new, we were very happy with our stay. Beautiful condo and fantastic experience. 10/10!

5-star condo next-door to the Ritz

Beautiful condo with incredible and unobstructed ocean views. Recently renovated - looks brand new inside. Also extremely clean. Condo was very well furnished with everything we could have needed. Family for 3 (parents and 1 teen) and we had a great time. We also saw some amazing shooting stars from the large balcony the first night, which was a bonus. Highly recommended!

Incredible stay!

I attended a conference at the Ritz and didn’t want to stay in the hotel because I brought my partner and 2 kids along. It was so great to walk the beach to and from my conference and return to a home base where we had full kitchen, laundry and all the other comforts of home with a well stocked kitchen and million dollar views. It was perfect and very well equipped with everything all 4 of us wanted and needed. For an Ohioan, going to sleep and waking up to the sounds of the waves is the best part of the experience.

Perfect condo

We truly enjoyed this stay. First time on Amelia Island and this was a great place. The condo itself was exactly as pictured. Everything you need is supplied. The condo complex is a little older but would not hesitate to stay there again. Beautifully manicured grounds and easy access to the pool and the beautiful beach. We also walked next door to The Ritz twice for a drink and dinner. Was able to use Uber one night to head to the cutest town of Fernandina Beach. Property Managers were great with their communications.

Beautiful property!

We had such a nice time at this property. It was spotlessly clean and has a magnificent view of the ocean from multiple windows/doors. The kitchen is well-stocked, we appreciated being able to use the beach gear (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, etc) that were provided, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is lovely. A few things to know: if anyone in your group has mobility issues, getting to the beach requires exiting the building, walking through the pool area, walking down the boardwalk, and walking on a path through the dunes. It’s all very close, but one of the pools was closed during our stay, which meant lugging beach gear down to the next building/pool. There’s also not a smart tv (so you can’t use your YouTube tv account, etc) but it does have cable. These are not complaints but rather FYIs.

Beautiful Two-Bedroom Getaway

My wife and I needed some time to just kick back and take it easy. This particular unit was an excellent choice. Beautifully remodeled and outfitted, it was perfect for our needs. We had especially good cooperation from the property manager as we attempted to adjust our booking to work around an upcoming hurricane! New, hi-end televisions were in each room and among the new additions was beautiful new floooring. A great condo that we will book again!

The property is just as advertised. It's very clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, even high quality beach chairs! We loved the views from everywhere in the main living area and master bedroom. We loved everything and would book again!

Nice place

We have stayed at Ocean Place before and like that the condo units are nice/updated and clean. Also the building seems well-maintained. I wish there was a fitness room, but otherwise it is a great place.

Great Babymoon Getaway!

My son and daughter in law are expecting soon and we wanted to give them a week of relaxation, rest and fun. This condo was the perfect place for us. Great location, beautiful beach and close to anything you need. The owners allowed an early check-in which was gracious! Beds were comfy and unit was quiet. I played pickleball at the local park most mornings. Fantastic place…you’ll love it!

What a wonderful stay!

We were very pleased with this condo. It was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view is incredible and we loved its proximity to The Ritz hotel next door. There were nice restaurants there. It’s centrally located on the island so an easy drive up to downtown Fernandina or to the southern area of the island.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

My husband and I and our college son stayed for 4 nights. The condo was even more lovely in person! The condo was very clean and well-appointed. It had everything we needed and more. The view of the water from the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed its central location on the island. We will definitely be back!
