Absolute waterfront property, with its own private jetty and small sandy beach. Bach is elevated above the shores of Lake Rotoiti. A 15km drive from Rotorua or a 10 minute drive from Rotorua Airport.

A modern, open-plan and spacious home with uninterrupted, panoramic views of stunning Lake Rotoiti.

The Bach has boat mooring on the private jetty below, with ample off-street parking for cars and boats. Boat launching ramp 200 meters along the beach.

Ideal accommodation for a fun family holiday or group getaway. Comfortably sleeps 8 - suitable for families with children, couples or groups. Great for a girls or boys getaway with water sports and trout fishing at your doorstep, 2 sun-soaked decks, large lawn and the lake as your playground!

Lovely spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is situated in a lovely spot with stunning views over and access to the lake. We visited at the beginning of winter but the house was warm and comfortable (the electric blankets were very much appreciated). Michele was great to deal with and made check in and out super easy. We hope to come and stay again some time soon.

Perfect quiet secluded spot for our family group aged 4 to 65 to use as a base for visiting Rotorua attractions. Room for kids to run around. Three bathrooms great with a big group. Gravel road in was longer than we expected at on arrival but got used to it. Expect it was approx 3km/10mins from main road

Amazing view at a secluded location

We enjoyed the stay with our fur baby. The secluded location is a perfect getaway from busy city life. I would advise to come prepared and bring all you need. We enjoyed cooking all our meals in the modern kitchen. The open plan living area has mesmerizing view of the lake. Highly recommend to walk down to the private jetty to watch the sunrise. The views there were out of the world!

What a lovely place

Our family loved our week-long stay at Tikitere. The house is modern, comfortable, warm, private and, as others have commented - is in a stunning location. Had absolutely everything we needed in the kitchen and elsewhere throughout the house. Has access to an adorable small sandy beach, and a boat jetty - we ventured to the nearby hot pools via lake every day. The BBQ, trampoline, kayaks and rowboat were a bonus, and there was plenty to keep our 4yr old daughter busy. Great prompt communication from the host who was accommodating and flexible. Very highly recommended. We'll be back for sure!

We were all really impressed by the house and the location. There were stunning views and access to the lake was very easy. We tied up the boat to the jetty for a few days while there. Super close to the hotpools. Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

If you want a really relaxing stay away from home this place is it, almost a brand new house with great appliances and comfy furniture, great drive into the place through a forest and it’s private , sunny and quite. Totally recommend, happy with the price but the costs for cleaning I thought was a bit rich. No regrets

Perfect family property

A perfect place for the whole family, whatever your energy levels! We wake boarded, swam, paddle boarded and kayaked. We also lazed on the deck and read books, played board games or sat enjoying the amazing view. The beach was very safe for the kids and they enjoyed the trampoline and having space to ride their bikes. Michele was fantastic to deal with - great communication and information

Excellent stay at Lake Rotoiti

This place is magical, sitting up on the clifftop with excellent view facing almost north, it was easy to launch the boat and tie up at the jetty, and accessories this form the house. The house itself it well appointed and and the kitchen living, dining area and the wide expanse of doors to the deck make it very easy indoor out flow. Definitely want to go back again.
