This apartment is situated within the Belvedere Luxury Apartments on the upper level with extraordinary mountain and lake views which can be enjoyed from the top floor deck leading off the lounge. The apartment faces West for the afternoon sun and is normally very sheltered from the wind.

The Belvedere is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 300m walk to Lake Wanaka and Wanaka township. The building is modern and architecturally designed with modern decor and furnishings.

This apartment is situated within the Belvedere Luxury Apartments on the upper level with extraordinary mountain and lake views which can be enjoyed from the top floor deck leading off the lounge. The apartment faces West for the afternoon sun and is normally very sheltered from the wind.

Fully equipped kitchen, 40" flat screen and bluetooth entertainment system. Other features include undercover car parking for one vehicle (Height restriction is 2m), ski/snowboard DRYING ROOM and SAUNA facilities.

We are now able to provide guests with free wifi!

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. You may want to bring your own beach towels.

If a Guest’s booking is disrupted due to government mandated travel restrictions related to Covid-19, we will issue a refund less $100 administration fee. International border closures are currently not covered by this policy. This policy does not apply to Booking.com non-refundable reservations. We highly recommend travel insurance.

Although located within the Belvedere Apartments, this unit is under separate management so please do not make requests to reception while staying.

Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival.
