This apartment is situated within the Belvedere Luxury Apartments on the lower level with access to a secluded patio with a stream running through the back. The outdoor area is quite sheltered and you can even hear the stream from the master bedroom.
The Belvedere is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 300m walk to Lake Wanaka and Wanaka township. The building is modern and architecturally designed with modern decor and furnishings.
This apartment is situated within the Belvedere Luxury Apartments on the lower level with access to a secluded patio with a stream running through the back. The outdoor area is quite sheltered and you can even hear the stream from the master bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen, 40" flat screen and bluetooth entertainment system. Other features include undercover car parking for one vehicle (Height restriction is 2m), ski/snowboard DRYING ROOM and SAUNA facilities.
We are now able to provide guests with free wifi!
This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. You may want to bring your own beach towels.
EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES CANCELLATION POLICY – updated 2 December 2021
If a Guest’s booking is disrupted due to government mandated travel restrictions related to Covid-19, we will issue a refund less $100 administration fee. International border closures are currently not covered by this policy. This policy does not apply to Booking.com non-refundable reservations. We highly recommend travel insurance.

Ski or bike storage. Bring your own padlock.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival.
