In the heart of Melbourne with train, tram and buses on your doorstep is this one of a kind heritage loft. The Grand Central Loft is a cosy apartment split across two levels in the majestic Victorian Railways building built in 1839. Period features throughout the building coupled with all the modern comforts make this little loft a truly unique place to stay.
The building is enormous in scale and has an onsite heated pool, spa, sauna, gym and courtyard.
The Grand Central Loft is split across two levels. On the first level there is a cosy living and dining area, kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. Upstairs there is a small room with a daybed (with trundle bed underneath), master bedroom with queen bed, and bathroom with shower over bathtub. The loft is mezzanine style, meaning the rooms upstairs are open to the downstairs and both floors share the historic 2.5m tall windows. For this reason, The Grand Central Loft is not suitable for children under 8 years old. (Pre-toddling babies who are not going to try to climb the narrow winding stairs on their own are perfectly fine.)
