The property has ample on-street parking and is steps from the head of the Hoosic River Nature Trail. Property is a two-story attached duplex in a quiet residential neighborhood. Responsive owner hosts live next door.

Downstairs is an airy living room with ceiling fan and wood floors. Walk through to a spacious remodeled eat-in kitchen with all new cabinets and appliances. In the rear is a bedroom with queen bed that has access to a cedar storage/sun room. Full bath on ground floor. There is one queen bedroom upstairs with an ensuite bathrooom. Home has its own outdoor space with table and charcoal grill. On street parking in front of property.

The historic Mill District is full of quiet streets with a mix of young families and lifelong residents. The home is a 20-minute walk to downtown through a beautiful neighborhood with wide leafy avenues.

On Spring Street, the center of downtown, you'll find restaurants, a movie theatre, and shops. The sprawling Williams College campus, with its museum of art and home of the Williamstown Theater Festival and other cultural events, weaves its way through downtown.

Nearby is Clark Art Museum, which possesses a world-class art collection, pleasant cafe, and restorative grounds for walking and hiking. In neighboring North Adams you'll find a bustling culture scene anchored by Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA) and MassMOCA, a contemporary art mecca that also hosts concerts and other performances. Hiking abounds with trails in Williamstown and North Adams. Bennington, VT with its walkable downtown is home to Bennington College and is also nearby.
