About this property

Corena's Place - walking distance to lake and town. Includes linen and wifi.

The distinctives about this holiday home over others, is its closeness to town (two streets over from Pak'nSave) and its large, flat, fenced section. This makes it ideal for two families to stay together and have plenty of parking on site for cars, boat, trailer, etc, as well as being safe for young children. Easy walk to town.

Three bedrooms inside the house and one bedroom outside in the 'sleep out'.

One shower and separate toilet inside house, and one shower and toilet in the outside bedroom/sleep out.

Please include information on your group, what brings you to Taupo and who will be with you.

Fully equipped kitchen and commonly used appliances supplied.

Special conditions:
Linen provided does not include sheets for travel cot.
No house cleaning or linen changes provided during your stay. Just like home - do your own if needed.
Cleaning fee for end of stay, extra. Please note the Service Fee on check out is not the cleaning fee. It is a booking fee charged by booking agent, who keep 100% of it.

The house was good. Convenient to town and near restaurants and shops. Listing said 2 bathrooms. It was but one was outside which they failed to mention. Also beds were extremely uncomfortable. Other than that it was fine and we would stay there again if they got new mattresses.

Excellent place with everything anyone would need along with comfortable linen and soft towels. We all enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back and stay again. The fireplace was a great addition during winter also. The description of the bed layout in the bedrooms was a little confusing. There are 2 single beds on 2 of the bedrooms along with a queen bed in each of the 2 rooms also. The out house contained a queen bed which could not fit a portacot into. There was also another queen bed room inside the house. No ‘child beds’ are part of the layout apart from a portacot which could be put up in either of the 3 of the rooms inside the house. Location was super handy with just a short walk to many bars and restaurants near the lake.

Fantastic house in a great location !

The property was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes for cooking . The shower was excellent with good water pressure and lots of hot water. The location was perfect for exploring the area. There was a grocery stir 1 block away and shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Corena was easy to contact and communicate with.. We were very happy with our atau.

I highly recommend this property. It is very well equipped, very clean, with comfortable beds and close to restaurants and shops in the town centre. The host is very easy to communicate with and was most helpful for all our enquiries. Also plenty of space in the garden.

Home away from home

This is about the 7th time we’ve booked this house. We’re a group of 4 friends who meet up once a year in Taupo. We live the wood burner and spacious living area to sit and catch up on each others news. Location is central to town and the waterfront. We’ll be back again!
