Private affordable holiday Taupo Retreat in Hilltop. Central to everything.
Very spacious living for large families and groups.
The house is over three levels, is comprised of large open plan living areas,
Five bedrooms and three bathrooms and a fully self contained area, accessible from main house with own bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facilities. House sleeps 12 and self contained area sleeps additional 2. So in total six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property can accommodate up to 14 guests.
Occupying a corner site between Gillies
and Koha Road and well within the coveted Hilltop Zone. The views from this property are simply amazing. Lake and surrounding hills.
Close to Taupo town centre and within walking distance.
Private secluded elevated gardens.
Ample off-street parking.
Storage for Jet skis and boat.
Special conditions:
No parties, but quiet drinks are fine.
Please note there is a separate tenanted unit on the property . This is private.

Great spot for a getaway

Beautiful large home

Lovely spacious home, suitable for large family, was perfect for us. Fire place was the highlight warms the whole house. Kitchen has everything you need added bonus 2x fridges. Beautiful views throughout the day, close to town absolutely enjoyed our stay would book again

Taupo getaway at 50 Koha Rd

Taupo was awesome, also went to the Napier, Hastings and Rotorua. The large home provided for our family needs, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank Victoria and Jenny 😀

Large house

A very large house that catered for our needs. We all had individual rooms so we could get an excellent night sleep, especially for our sailors. Beds were super comfortable. Will having extra toilets and showers in the house meant there was no one waiting.

Awesome place, I slept in the bottom room and toilet had a note saying no number 2 and who ever stayed there before me did do number 2 with daiorea and it was splashed up under the seat with pubes as well but disgusting. But apart from that place was awesome and would definitely stay there again

Great house, good size, easily accommodated 6 of us.Good off street parking.Great views of the lake and sunsets from the lounge. Nice fire place that warmed the house up quickly when we got back in the early evening and stayed warm all night. Easy walking distance to main town.Would love to stay there again.ThanksMark

This is a run down house. No heat pumps, no safety, my kids got burn from fireplace.

There was no safety barrier on the fireplace. My kids got burn. Despite Fireplace cold was getting in from windows. 1st day hot water was available and 2nd and 3rd day there was no hot water. The beds is worse then the bed that is chucked on road side for collection. Toilets have signe for no poo.total wasted my childrens holiday..

House was perfect size for 12 of us, heaps of bathrooms & toilets too. Big kitchen with all we needed for cooking & feeding everyone. Great location, easy access to all Taupo’s amenities. Log fire was a winner each night. Host was easy to deal with . A+++
