This warm and welcoming home is the perfect choice for a family getaway. Sleeping up to 8 guests and located just a short distance from Taupō town centre, it`s ideal for holidaymakers looking for comfort, convenience, and space for everyone, including the family pet!



There are four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms, including:

• Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed + Ensuite

• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed

• Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk Bed

• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed



The fully fenced front and back sections provide a safe environment for children and pets. A large backyard includes a playground set and trampoline, sure to keep the little ones entertained while you relax.



Enjoy excellent indoor-outdoor flow with decks and outdoor seating off both the front entrance and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ make meal prep a breeze. In cooler months, double glazing and ducted central heating keep the house cozy and warm (note: heating only, not cooling).



Extras for families include a porta-cot and highchair, along with plenty of parking - double garaging plus off-street space for vehicles or a boat.



Stroll down the footpath to Kaiuru Street where you`ll find a fantastic children’s park and a walkway shortcut to Taupō’s Riverside Park and town centre.



This is a modern Kiwi Bach - comfortable, simple, and privately owned, designed for families to relax and make lasting memories at Great Lake Taupo. Please note some personal belongings may be present.



Good to Know:

Pet friendly: Max 1 small to medium dog. Pets must not be left unattended and guests are asked to be respectful of neighbours and their pets. Please advise at booking if bringing a dog.



Group size: Not suitable for large groups of adults. A guest surcharge applies for more than 6 guests.

Our 2nd time here. Excellent stay and really enjoyed the heating. Just a couple of points, maybe some clarity/labeling/information regarding the tv remotes and also more information regarding the recycling. What goes in which bin, what Taupo accepts for recycling etc. The house was exceptionally clean and will definitely use again.

Comfortable and modern house with every luxury you need away from home for kids and adults. Heating of the kitchen and lounge could have been better. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Well stocked kitchen, nice space, close to town. We didn’t receive the check in instructions for some reason and it was late at night but we got a hold of the host and got access pretty quick.

Great family accommodation

This house was perfect for our family, with plenty of board games, books, puzzles and blocks to keep our 3 year old busy. Not to mention the play area outside. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed for meals at home. The house was very clean and tidy, with heaps of room to spread out (and get some personal space back after staying in small apartments). Not much within walking distance but only a short drive into town. The only thing it was missing was cooling, otherwise it was 5 stars!

Property is very well stocked, had everything we needed (Except a coffee machine ). Layout of the property was fantastic - so much room for the kids to run around. Parking was great for our 3 cars. Highly recommend and will be booking again!

Very nice house in a quiet neighbourhood but just a 10 minute drive from the lake. Everything we needed was available. Perfectly suited for our group (8) and also the heating made it very comfy (we stayed there in winter).

wonderful family trip

We had the best getaway ever! The house was so inviting and set up a perfect holiday mood for us - clean, relaxed, spacious, beautifully decorated, it simply ticked everyones boxes.
