This warm and welcoming home is the perfect choice for a family getaway. Sleeping up to 8 guests and located just a short distance from Taupō town centre, it`s ideal for holidaymakers looking for comfort, convenience, and space for everyone, including the family pet!
There are four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms, including:
• Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed + Ensuite
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk Bed
• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed
The fully fenced front and back sections provide a safe environment for children and pets. A large backyard includes a playground set and trampoline, sure to keep the little ones entertained while you relax.
Enjoy excellent indoor-outdoor flow with decks and outdoor seating off both the front entrance and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and gas BBQ make meal prep a breeze. In cooler months, double glazing and ducted central heating keep the house cozy and warm (note: heating only, not cooling).
Extras for families include a porta-cot and highchair, along with plenty of parking - double garaging plus off-street space for vehicles or a boat.
Stroll down the footpath to Kaiuru Street where you`ll find a fantastic children’s park and a walkway shortcut to Taupō’s Riverside Park and town centre.
This is a modern Kiwi Bach - comfortable, simple, and privately owned, designed for families to relax and make lasting memories at Great Lake Taupo. Please note some personal belongings may be present.
Good to Know:
Pet friendly: Max 1 small to medium dog. Pets must not be left unattended and guests are asked to be respectful of neighbours and their pets. Please advise at booking if bringing a dog.
Group size: Not suitable for large groups of adults. A guest surcharge applies for more than 6 guests.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
