This beach house has a large kitchen, 2 x large fridges, dishwasher, TV, plus Freeview and sky sport, 1 x DVD players, laundry, 3 x showers (with limitless gas heated hot water), bath, gas bbq and garage. The property is safe for children with a fully fenced and gated section out the front and lovely deck.
Great indoor outdoor living for summer and winter.
Beach access is out the back gate and across the road to a safe beach and beautiful sunsets.
Local attractions include NZ’s No 1 Golf Course, Children's Playground, Cafes, Southwards Car Museum, Lindale Market, Coastland's Shopping Mall, Ten Pin Bowling, Nga Manu Bird Sanctuary and Kapiti Island Nature Reserve, the Chocolate Factory, local galleries, concerts, exhibitions, numerous walking and cycle tracks or garden centre's just to name a few
Good transport links are nearby with the train station and airport, with Wellington less than 45 minutes away by car.

A great house for a week with grandchildren, close to beach, playground shops, buses and other amenities. Even if wet plenty of room and not too far to pool, movies. Our 2nd stay here & love it

This is a fantastic family home for a larger group, bedrooms and bathrooms aplenty. Virtually across the road from the beach (a Thai Restaurant and cafe in between) and 3 minutes to the shops. If you like a spacious house with views of the sea, this place is perfect for you. Great decks and a large lounge and kitchen make for a relaxing stay. The house is well equipped with all you need for entertaining. Comfortable beds and an extra fridge! You will love it.

Great place to stay for a girls' weekend. Wonderful lounge, well laid out kitchen, comfortable beds especially upstairs, 3 toilets a bonus! Really quiet and soundproof. The downstairs rooms are okay but the one with the single bed is very small. Superb location.

We are a couple with a family of 4 grown up children, and 10 grandchildren. Family are very important to us. We also love fishing, cooking and travelling and we love sharing our beach house. We also love watching all sport and are both involved with our local soccer and netball clubs.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property as it is close to the beach, and perfect for our family. We have a boat which generally lives at the property and is perfect for fishing. Paraparaumu is a fantastic fishing and diving area. The beach shops are a two minute walk away, and we love the fact that we park up the car when we arrive and walk everywhere. The sunsets are stunning.

What makes this property unique

We love the property as it is big and has many spaces for family or friends to have quiet time if they want. The Kitchen/dining area is a great area to entertain and the two deck spaces are awesome,
Its also only 400m to famous Paraparaumu Beach Golf Club, about 100 m to the beach and the boat leaves from the fishing club area to go over to Kapiti Island.
