Beautiful Bremner bay is very close. Perfect for a summer swim or a leisurely walk around Lake Wanaka's edge. A wonderful walk from Bremner Bay will take you to Eely Point Recreational Reserve which is a popular boat access point.
Easy access to some of New Zealand's best ski fields including; Treble Cone and Cadrona. Treble Cone Ski Field is 30km. Cadrona Ski Field is 37 km. Queenstown Airport is 1 hour. Coronet Peak Ski Field is 1 hour 20 minutes. Remarkables Ski Field is 1 hour 20 minutes. For those that love Golf the Wanaka Golf Course is 2.5 km.

The unit was great. It had everything that we needed. It was clean and being in a residential area it was nice and quiet.
Megan was very easy to deal with and was very prompt with info and answered any questions quickly and well.

A great compact studio style unit that felt spacious. Easy location outside of the township, quiet neighbourhood. Had everything needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
The studio looked quite small until we got inside, where we found it to be quite roomy. I had to contact Megan to ask where the rubbish went and she was extremely helpful. Very warm and altogether a home away from home. Would highly recommend this property and would have no hesitation in staying there again.
Everything was great, Host, cleanliness, facilities, comfort and closeness to Bremner Bay and the Clutha outlet, highly recommend, we will certainly be returning

The property is awesome.My only problem is that I am obliged to clean which is I think is part of the package that I paid for!Also the parking is somewhat confusing.Why not indicate the closest parking area.I am not used to park on mowed grass area.

Dear Reynaldo, thanks for staying with us. I am pleased you found the studio awesome. It is unfortunate that you misunderstood a my request for guests to leave the studio it neat and tidy with an obligation to clean it. This is not the case and between every guest the studio is cleaned to a very high standard with commercially cleaned bedding and towels provided. It was unfortunate that you did not read the check in details. This detailed clearly where to park and why (so you do not get ticketed by the local council). I do try my best to communicate with guests prior to their arrival so their check-in is smooth. As well as off street parking there is plenty of street parking close by. Kind regards Megan

Smaller than other properties we had stayed in and in a residential street with no views except a small lawn. The owner sorted out some problems with the TV and cleaning very promptly.

The property is advertised as a studio of a size of 30m2. It is not advertised as a large multi bedroom property. The photos are very indicative of the space inside and out. We do not advertise lake views. There is a private courtyard garden for you to enjoy; which includes a deck, lawn and garden.
Lovely fresh, clean modern unit. Initially a little tricky to see where to park, as unit is on a small roundabout corner with yellow lines and a lane barrier, but we soon found parking from Ironside Dr side of property. A bit of an uphill walk back from town, but not too arduous. Great bathroom, even with underfloor heating. Comfy bed. Perfect for a short stay for a couple. We would stay again, when next in Wanaka

This was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed.Very comfortable.
We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the bed. Bathroom and cooking facilities were good and functional. This made our stay better than we expected from a compact open plan unit. Perfect for a couple. We would certainly return here !

Tidy, easy and well located
Was the perfect place for the two of us for a few days in Wanaka. Far enough out of the hussle of town, yet close enough to walk there for dinner or supplies.
Well equipped, easy off street parking.

Comfortable and tidy with well equipped kitchen
Had a lovely stay over Christmas and New Years. Comfortable bed, tidy bathroom and kitchen and enough room for us to set up a portacot for our daughter. Front doors slide completely open which is nice for hot days. Kitchen had lots of useful stuff in it for various cooking. The only thing I would say is it can be quite noisy with the round-about and slight hill right outside (vehicles taking off fast) but wasn’t a biggy and was probably busier than usual with the time of year.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Perfect getaway
Return traveller, having been so impressed last time. Megan and Neda were very helpful with the booking process. Clear arrival instructions and found the property in meticulously clean condition, with everything I needed in terms of kitchen stuff, linen, etc. Very pleasant surroundings in quiet neighbourhood and only a short stroll to the lake. Free, fast wifi with no connection problems. Bright, airy and spacious apartment which didn't get too hot during the day even in Otago summer! Will definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay, we are a couple and it suited us perfectly. We were there in July and had fantastic sunny winter weather and I can imagine that the secluded garden and deck would be great during the summer months. The accomodation was nicely presented and very clean and tidy. Located within about 6 mins walk of the town centre which was brilliant! We loved our stay, thank you :-)
