Lovely 3-Story Terraced House on Remuera Road

Modern, nicely decorated 3 story terraced house located in Auckland's premier residential area. Gated community with parking for 1 x medium size car in the garage. Road parking available.

Excellent public transport by bus and train just outside. This is our permanent home, and rented when we are away in business. Being a terraced home, we only want quiet guests, as we don't want any disruption our lovely neighbours Close to all the must see sights Auckland has to offer - only a 15min walk if you were to venture off on foot!

We have 4 double beds, there are no single beds. If only one or two bedrooms required, the owner offers accommodation sharing with the owner . Vacant possession is of course available.

Newly refurbished kitchen, and sunny terraces. Nice views with all amenities close by.
Special conditions:
This is our permanent home, however due to work commitments we are out of Auckland several weeks a year..
We have a 3 night minimum preference.
One night is available $700 for this 4 Bedroom home.
2 Nights can be arranged by email or phone contact.

Extras: Linen (Required, NZ$90.00 per stay); NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;

Good sized modern house in great location.

Marg was good to deal with and very accommodating. The property is modern, within close distance to Newmarket and Central Auckland. We managed to have 2 x 4 person families stay here and it didn't feel small. The house could have been a little cleaner on arrival.

Six ladies stayed in this lovely house while in Auckland for a concert at Eden Park (just a short train ride away). The property was immaculate, roomy, very comfortable, with everything you'd ever need. The lounge and kitchen were especially lovely! Marg, the owner, was amazing! Her communication with me, and the instructions at the house, were the icing on the cake! I'd definitely go back, and stay longer next time! Highly recommend! ++++

In Town Apartment in Auckland, NZ

We had a great 4 day stay at Marg's apartment, which is also her home. We had a car and the apartment allowed for a place to park off the street. Marg was a very gracious host and the apartment is very spacious with a large living room that seated all 5 of us comfortably and the kitchen is huge which allowed for us to cook and dine with ease. The apartment is on 3 levels which was not a problem for us but I note that factor only so others will be aware. Our stay there was a good finish to our Australia to New Zealand cruise.

A wonderful surprise

Everything about this property was top rate- Marg met us when we arrived and was so friendly and informative that we almost didn’t go shopping!!!! Stopping in for a cup of tea or a gin would have been lovely. The beds were great, linen very clean and fresh , great kitchen and facilities!!! The biggest bonus was being so close to the beautiful Newmarket shops!!! Overall- a wonderful experience.

My groomsmen and my family stayed here the night before I got married and safe to say, it was the best place to spend the night before the big day! Quiet, clean, tidy and had the best chill vibes - something that was needed given the circumstances. Marg was so friendly, helpful and hospitable and always made sure to communicate with us. She even threw in some beers on the house to help calm the nerves! If you’re looking for a place to chill and relax, this is the place to book 🙌🏾

This property is in a fantastic location, even though it is on a main road, its location in the middle of a row of terrace houses means there is no road noise. Very comfortable home, it was lovely to come home to relax after a big day out. Also very handy to both buses and trains, which we utilised on many occasions.

Most surprising was how quiet and private the property is, even though it is near a main street. The furnishings were very comfortable and well appointed. Perfect place to stay and relax for business or pleasure. Great having fast wi-fi, TV and a gorgeous kitchen.
