Walking to the bay was doable although we didn’t swim there. House was very clean and there were beach umbrellas as well as a noodle available for swimming.

The property and host were amazing. The host was in communication with me before and throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was really nice and very clean. The location was perfect, near El Malecón and near the the beaches (Valandra, Tecolote and El Tesoro). There was an Oxo down the street and an amazing Italian restaurant “El Fumo” where we celebrated my daughter’s 18th birthday. The ocean is walking distance, one house away from beach. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting La Paz :)
