A fully airconditioned 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom, contemporary Villa.
An exclusive location with stunning sea views and easy access to it's own private beach.
The Villa is nice and airy with a variety of indoor and outdoor dining options and a generous wrap around terrace to maximise the view.
Some outdoor areas are covered, ideal for any weather conditions.
Perfect for BBQ's and enjoying amazing sun sets over the inlet.
The house is surrounded by tropical park like gardens that a lot of birds inhabit. The mature palm trees bordering the nearby beach will give you that nice summer feel.
Set amid the garden is a 7 seater spa with breath taking views of the serene bay. Ideal for relaxing.
Gated entry & only a 7minute drive to Russell township.
