This house was perfect for my family staying out of town for my wedding. It was close to all amenities, short walking distance to the shops and nice and spacious. Karen was a great host and managed to alter our stay dates accordingly without an issue my family would definitely stay again!
Some of the furniture needs retiring and some of the crockery etc provided was eccentric - but we had a ball and would love to stay there again
Easy walking distance to town, very quiet
Excellent value for money
A nice house that suited the size of our party. Close to shops and not too far from our research site. Nice to have the BBQ available. We've stayed before, so knew what to expect.
Our group of 5 disparate souls biking the Otago Rail Trail, Roxburgh Trail and Lake Dunstan Trail loved the individual and group spaces this house offered with views and outdoor balconies to all sides, perfect for bike tinkering as well as cloud/sunset/night sky observing and outdoor meals. Wheelchair friendly access was pleasing. Location is great.
Large and roomy - good for a large family group. Wheelchair friendly meant Great Nana could visit with all the grandchildren and great grandchildren.
BUT the house needs some serious TLC
* Deck needs tidy up and sealing - large splinter in toddler's foot - from the deck which also had nail heads sticking up.
* Furniture is tired - couch and lounge chairs need replacing and master bed could do with a mattress topper so its not like sleeping on a concrete slab.
* Bit of maintenance required
Master bathroom - consider a shower curtain or better shutting doors.

Fabulous house, and great location. Lots of room for everyone, and we loved the BBQ and outdoor area. Really clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for a stay. Thanks heaps.
