This place was great. I would have given it 5 stars if there has been a half bath on the main floor. The location is fantastic. I again would have given it 5 stars if the road it was located on didnt need so much repair. 200 yds of pot holes. Would i rent this again...absolutely.
Beautiful views, stroll to Gould and town. Right on the 2nd hole of the Bethel GC. Very nicely appointed kichen and beds for the price point.
Management is responsive and kind. Thank you, we will return.

I visit Beth frequently and sadly this property was not my favorite. No privacy on deck, neighbors outside drinking and loud. Golfers just outside my bedroom window in the morning when I woke up freaking me out, almost getting hit by a golf ball trying to sit outside in the morning having coffee, bad musty smell in the basement/bedroom level, room was cleaned months before but not refreshed. Weeds all over, property not maintained on the outside, sidewalk not swept so we carried in sand and debris on our feet. TV set up cumbersome and not easy. I would not recommend this property. It was literally a place to try and get some sleep

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We always aim to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests and take your comments seriously.
This property is located within an association that is part of a golf course community, which does mean golfers may be visible from the home, especially in the morning hours. While many guests enjoy the scenic setting, we understand that it may not be ideal for everyone.
We also appreciate your notes regarding the landscaping and cleanliness. While the home is professionally cleaned prior to each stay, we will follow up with our team to ensure everything is refreshed properly before guest arrival. We will also coordinate with the association to ensure that the outdoor common areas are maintained to standard.
Regarding the TV setup, we recognize that some systems can be less intuitive and will review the instructions provided to make them clearer for future guests.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. We’re always working to improve and hope your future visits to the area are more enjoyable.
