I'm a Potts Point local of close to 30 years and was searching for last-minute accommodation nearby whilst our bathroom underwent a minor renovation. I found this lovely apartment designed by the renowned late Sydney Architect Harry Sielder in the modernist style. We were met by our host, Brad, who provided us with a tour and rundown of the place. The grounds and interiors of the building are well-maintained and feature a rooftop and BQQ area. The apartment is clean and well furnished with the comforts of home, such as a coffee and washing machine, dishwasher, and other appliances; tea, coffee, milk and other beverages were provided, well-stocked quality bed linen and towels if needed.

I stayed here again due to the ongoing bathroom renovation at home; the apartment has all the required essentials/supplies, e.g. crockery/utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, Miele oven/microwave combo, under-the-counter Liebherr fridge/freezer, pressed linen, towels and extras, a gorgeous and comfortable bed, scented toiletries, Wi-Fi etc., It's furnished with objects from ones travels, particular art hung on a professional hanging system and lighting with dimmers throughout the apartment to set the mood, little personal touch of chocolates for guests. Still, our host, Brad, also left a box of chocolates on our return, which was a lovely gesture. Though I only live around the corner, the apartment feels as if you are on holiday, waking up and looking over the view of the park and Woolloomooloo Bay and the city skyline, but also when you are on the rooftop taking in the view of the bridge and Opera House and making use of the rooftop pool, thank you again, Brad and Matthew.
