About this property

Romantic Penthouse next to Rua Torta and the Bus Station

Penthouse in the centre of Gramado, next to the "crooked street," close to everything! Do everything on foot: close to all the amenities of the centre such as restaurants, featured tourist attractions (Hard Rock Café, Santa Claus Village, Joaquina Rita Bier Lake, Minimundo, Casa do Colono, among others), pharmacies, supermarket, bus station. The room has a skylight (sunroof) and a view of the green area, quiet and super romantic! The apartment is well-ventilated and sunny with a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, and air conditioning. Please note: the building has an lift, but there is only one flight of stairs to the apartment, and the parking space is narrow for trucks or larger vehicles.
