Apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, sofa bed in the living room, equipped kitchen with barbecue, 2 parking spaces.
We provide quality bedding and bath.
The property also has air conditioning, smart TV, lava and dry machine and other items needed for a great stay in the Serra Gaúcha.
It has 2 parking spaces, covered, in the building itself.
For your safety, our property features LPG gas leak detector and carbon monoxide detector. The water heater is digital, new, up-to-date and installed in a service area with adequate ventilation.
We have mosqueta screen in all the openings.
