This modern five bedroom, four bathroom apartment is all you need for a great holiday in New Zealand's number one holiday destination.

Fitted with modern furniture & fittings and a great warm contemporary feel, this apartment is a home away from home. Whether it be relaxing in front of the luxurious gas fire after a ski trip or sitting on the balcony after a day of extreme sports in the summer, this apartment has all you'll need. Send the kids downstairs to watch one of the two LED TV's, while you relax upstairs with a glass or wine (or beer!)

The upstairs lounge is excellent for entertaining and has unobstructed views of the lake. Sit on the deck or open the bi-fold doors and relax on the leather lounge suite. In the winter the gas fire will keep the apartment nice and cosy, with the help of underfloor heating in the kitchen and the bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need with all mod cons and there's even the second fridge and dishwasher downstairs if needed. For those larger parties, the dining room table can be extended from 2.0m to 2.5m and then to 3.0m and can seat up to 12 guests, while the breakfast bar will accommodate four.

Each bedroom either has a very comfortable king size or a split king bed, they each have their own ensuite for your privacy and convenience. Bedroom 3 has a seperate single bed.The fifth bedroom/second living room shares the bedroom 4 bathroom, has a split king bed and a seperate single bed. This room has its own LED TV and is perfect for the kids to watch Netfix.

The apartment has a single garage with racks for the ski gear and has parking for one vehicle if you should need it. A hottub is available at an additional cost, please message me.

Special conditions:
Not suitable for large groups who can't respect the neighbours, parties will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to not accept bookings from groups younger than 25 years old.

Smoking allowed outside only. Special requests and long term stays are possible.

While standard cleaning is included, we expect the property to be left reasonably clean and tidy with rubbish cleaned up and removed.
