This 3-story home was 100% remodeled in 2018 and boasts all the old Saratoga charm, with all the comforts of a new build. The main level features an open kitchen to large dining room, a cozy living room, bath and laundry room. On the second level there are three bedrooms and two full baths. On the third level is the 4th bedroom. Outside is a large patio and fenced backyard.

We finally purchased our dream home in downtown Saratoga Springs in 2019. Our home was originally built in 1890 and still has all the warmth and charm of yesteryear. The home is close to all the places you’re looking for in Saratoga Springs - the track, restaurants & nightlife. We warmly welcome anyone who will appreciate and respect our home as much as we do. We know you will love our home and of course all that Saratoga has to offer!
